The old lady shouldn't be in a job. Hates the customers and undermining the younger staff (who in fact was actually doing a much better job).

Visit on 13th at around 2: 25pm.

The male staff member seemed to be so absent minded and kept answering back when we ordered. The staff member needs to understand that we dont work in a subway outlet and wr dont know all the names of sauces and salads at the top of our heads. The staff member was totally disconnected and kept looking over our shoulder and watching it rain.

Finally when the subs were toasted and came out we started ordering salads on one of the footlongs with all salads as that was for me and we decided to do the other one subsequently as the other one was going to be shared by my child and wife who didnt need spicy salads or spicy sauce and thus we needed couple of more minutes to choose the salad. The staff member insisted in doing the other one first! Then we went on ordering the salads as we planned he placed the subway aside and started doing as told and later on kept confusing himself with the sauces as he was staring outside the store when we were talking. We had ordered the avo range and when we asked him to add avocado he kept staring as if he heard the word avacado for the first time. We then didnt end up adding for extra avacado in the second one due to his absent mindedness. We couldn't be bothered any more and just wanted to finish the transaction.

Finally he had to be asked whether he had a problem in following instructions as he was totally disconnected from the start.
Would we visit subway next time? Yes the quality is amazing and we love the brand. Would we choose an outlet with this kind of staff definetly not. I feel sorry for the licensee of the store for having such a lousy staff member. I had to litetally walk away and let my wife deal with the order as i couldn't stand his irritating behaviour.

Definetly need more training. A very disappointing experienced because of the staff member.

Cleanliness was poor as it had tissues on the floor when we sat down. If the staff member had stopped day dreaming and paid attention the store could have been avoided.

Another staff member kept serving well with goof rapport building with customers.

The staff member kept glaring at us when we were stepping out. Definetly he is in the wrong job.

A chicken wrap cost $10 which only has one chicken fillet piece. The service was extremely slow as the store looked like it was under staffed. The person who was serving was very lovely but she was under the pump and her colleague was not helping her. Subway's products are very overpriced. The wrap tasted good, the staff were nice, store looked good, the service was slow and most of all the price was for the wrap was a ripp off.

To the owner of this restaurant:
If you can’t afford to hire enough staff and not just one person running the whole restaurant, why don’t you just sell and let someone else run the business? Every time I visited I had to wait at least 20 mins to get served. Shocking

I ordered 3 x foot-longs for click and collect, all 3 we received all have incorrect toppings inside them, sauces missing, some with missing or random things we didn’t order, not toasted when we clicked toasted.
We can’t even eat 2 of them due to allergies.
Honestly wouldn’t bother going to this store.
Only gave 1 star so I can write this review.

They have only one staff member present today. It’s taking her ages to make it. I have been waiting for her for 30 minutes and there’s only one more person in the queue.

Too bad cant give 0 star for this store. Had 3subs and 2 cookies in this store. One cookie was too thin and soft, broke into 6 pieces when I took it out of the bag. Half ended on the floor. Manager said that’s normal and refuse to give me a proper one in exchange. Worst experience. No wonder so many subway stores are closed now.

Not efficient at all. Placed an online order to pick up at 3.40pm and wasn’t ready at 4pm. Staff were chatting with each other. Not happy at all.

Always the worst subway. Basically eating plain bread because they put a laughable small amount of salad. Better to get a sandwich from the petrol station.

Flies are all over the toppings and extras. The kitchen looks unhygienic as well. Even the staffs never care about the filthy environment. Went there for the party platters but I was shocked and gave up my order. How disappointing!

Staff ignore you whilst they complete Uber eats orders waited close to 20 mins in store Disgusting service, rude staff who slam objects down on the counter when asked a simple request - was told by the older lady working to be very careful what I say as I have no idea how hard it is dealing with customers all day and I wouldn’t be able to handle it (as I had complained about the service and said they should be polite to their customers). Will never visit this store again. Can see why there are so many 1 star reviews. Subway management needs to step in and deal with this store.

I have been to this store around 4 times and the senior woman working there has been horrible to her staff every time. Yelling at them and degrading them in front of customers for everyone to hear, and snatching things off them. One of the staff members was clearly new and training and she was awful to her because she didn’t ask me if I wanted any cookies or drinks. Today, the lady in front of me ordered a salad and after she left, the staff member said “look at me look at me I ordered a salad” and eye rolled which I thought was quite rude. She needs to be fired!

On 27/07/2022 about 1 pm I went subway Glen Waverley for veggie footlong, the old lady don’t have manners how to speak with customer, Any greetings and saying that what do You want, I requested to change gloves as I am pure vegetarian and she so rude and stated that who care I told you was making meat foot longs before me, almost 5 customers served using the same gloves, I told her to add another sauces she refused to add more than two sauces, I shouldn’t buy the food from there, but I was thinking it’s owners lose, I really suggest the owner of this store please give staff training and manners that so the staff must know
how to deal with customers specially that old lady.never come back.

There was a woman working, i think her name tag said helen but was a little hard to read.she was extremely rude to other coworkers in front of a long line of customers.being very demeaning and sarcastic, snatching orders while they make them and just very rude and blunt in general

Best Sunway ever, promote the old woman as its heart breaking to see her work double time all the time. If she leaves I will never come back as that lady knows how to provide service with a smile

I walked into the store only to hear, What I'm assuming, the boss yelling at the top of her lungs to the in-store working there. I waited for a bit to have my order taken but someone finally came up to help me. This nice young lady provided me with such amazing service but I could tell something was wrong. I asked her if she was alright and what the screaming was about. She told me that her boss was upset with her about something and that it was normal for her boss to yell at her like that. That made me absolutely sick to me stomach. No employee should be screamed at, especially when they provide great service to their customers. To that in-store, you were amazing, but for your boss, they should be fired.
