Subway

Came and ordered a gluten free wrap, the gentleman working cleaned the bench to avoid cross contamination and was confident enough to tell me which items to avoid. I have celiac and it’s very hard dining out due to cross contamination but this subway has looked after me a few times now. Thank you so much.

Very bad food maker. He said I looked mean so he spat in my falafel and instead of putting hot sauce on my sub, he poured it on my chocolate cookie. I heard farts coming from the back of the kitchen and when I asked to go smell i was rudely denied. Before I knew it, my chicken schnitzel was smelling more of asshole than chicken. Ever since this incident I have become fully vegan but the worker shoved pork down my throat and said 'eat the pork u fricking muslim'. Overall, I don't know what was worse; the fat smelling kitchen or the rude as worker.

After I had a bad day at work and I went to eat at this shop. I was very thirsty because it was very hot outside and I was trying to get a drink from the freezer after ordering and this girl came and started freaking out and said "EXCUSE ME IN RUDE WAY" you can't get a drink from the fridge and I apologized and she walked into the kitchen muttering in her own language. This place does not know how to treat customers. I felt bad and was going to cancel the order but Prabh (who was serving at that time) was very nice and asked to be here or take out. I said I was so tired but this girl ruined my day and I left and I had dinner in my car
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Was our favourite on the go to central shops until yesterday. Worst customer service and sub understand it gets busy but quality shouldn't be effected.

The lady at the craigeburn shop thanu was touching chicken with her gloves and then used the same ones for our vegetarian sub, she then started to argue with us and kept insisting she didnt touch the meat as well as saying that they cant changw their gloves for every customer. This is disgusting service.

Wouldn't recommend this subway place to anyone!

Writes onions on one, and its the wrong one. This was the second time! How? And your the one making it & wrapping it up! Plus, she didn't even cut it. Needs to clearly go back to school

So I went to this subway tonight and was really really excited to try the new subdog you know something different and it was absolutely putrid the hotdogs in it were practically raw not sure if they were steamed/cooked before putting them in the bun lacked all ingredients i asked for on it and the part that really made my blood boil was by the time I got home in my heated car I took a bite of my footlong subdog and it was fricking cold the worst meal I have ever experienced in my life.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING SUBWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOUR LOOKING TO ACTUALLY ENJOY YOUR MEAL

Shocking service. They but absolutely no salad on the subs to ensure they sustain good profits margins. There should be a standardised amount of Salad on the subs.

People on the serving counter should be treated the way they treat us. Incorrect order, customer service is no where to be seen. Please choose some other industry where smiling and respecting is not required. This is FOOD. We pay to enjoy or lunch/dinner not get terrible customer service and wrong order.

Worst experience, rude staff. The girl serving the counter was so arrogant, dint respond to me after calling her plenty of times. She tried to disrespect me and was being over smart. The way she served was very rude. Spoilt my mood. Highly disappointed.

Sorry for leaving one star review but I am still very disappointed with the service I received and I don’t think the management’s response was adequate.

I would say I was a loyal customer to this Subway, as I always take my daughter for dinner every Thursday after swimming.

For starter, I never got a hello or thank you. One of the two staff was always so hostile, I feel like I was talking to a robot, but that’s fine, not everyone has friendly personality trait and I respect that.

However, one day, I bought two subs, one for me and one for my daughter. Each came with two slices of cheese. As I dont like cheese so much and my daughter does, I asked the staff to move my cheese to my daughter. She refused, and told me she had to charge me extra for the ‘extra’ cheese that I was entitled to. I guess the extra cost is for her to move it from one bread to another, both which I paid for! It does not make sense! If you go by this logic, then you should not charge me less for the cheese I did not get!

I submitted a complain to Subway, the company came back to me and the owner of this outlet did too. I thank you for your apologies, but you also do not provide any solution or what you will do better.
I have avoided going to this outlet since then.

I had a bad experience in this store. Salad in the subway was not enough. We are paying for quality food and we expect the food to be as we see in the promotion pictures. Do the right thing and supply quality food.

Craigieburn Central is a shopping hub. Always hustly bustly and very happening place. Having Subway there is just like an icing on the cake. This food shop is usually quiet where you can relish on the delicious menu in your some spare time while hanging around.

I've been here quite a few times and never found that there's been any issues. Reasonably priced and my daughter's like it, and staff always seem friendly.

The beef just taste better in here. There is something to it, maybe the sauce. Whatever it is, its good.

Although they seem to be under staffed. The tables aren’t cleaned properly.
