Very slow and rude service I ever received she was Vry arrogant towards customer Vry poor customer service and she don’t know prices of there 6 inches subway never going back

I always come to this subway location as the staff have provide the best customer service! Shoutout to Rahima, she always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude.

I’ll recommend this subway to everyone. Girls are really sweet and hardworking. Made me the best subway.

While ordering, I saw the guy bringing the cookies and placing them inside of small cabinet where you can see them before buying. I ordered cookies since they were fresh. However I just checked them when I came home and they were so undercooked that they have fall apart.

Really really bad customer service. Girls were arguing for something and didn’t care about customers. Didn’t wrap the sandwich properly, no bag or serviettes. When I asked for serviettes just replied with “we don’t have any “. Not polite at all.

Very basic poor customer service. Very very poor. Girl seemed extremely over tired and over stressed. Didn't put much salads at all and forgot salt and pepper which it was too late as she already wrapped it up.

The rudest and most arrogant customer service I have EVER experienced.
Suggestion - if you don’t like dealing with the public then don’t take a customer service role.

I got told off for not ordering the two subs I needed at the same time, got told salads weren't included in the second one despite the lady asking which salads I wanted. I’ve always been able to ‘build my own sub’ with the salads of my choice in the past. Apparently that’s too much trouble for the incredibly rude staff at the Endeavour Hills store.

If i could give a negative score I would. Safe to say I’ll never visit this store again.

Rotten lettuce and tomato sitting in view of customers. Staff not attentive, unfriendly and slow

Love my subway, their vegetables are always fresh and the sandwiches jam packed tight with vegetables. There is a wide array of sauces to pick from and the staff are quick in preparing the meals.
My only reservation is that every Subway charges differently - they do not seem to follow their standard price policies!

Went there firstly got told theres no bread my gf enquired how long he just ignored his daughter? Came over said we have wraps to which gf said ok well have 2 multigrain just got given white, luckily it tasted ok or else it would be a zero surely when your running a franchise if your running low on bread ypu make more not runout worst subway experience ever

They've gone so down hill recently, popular items like the teriyaki chicken and Buffalo chicken aren't even made properly anymore. Before they were marinated and then put into the sandwiches, nowadays though all they do if use the chicken pieces and put some sauce on top of it and it tastes horrible, you get mouthfuls of sauce and can't taste anything else and it's just dreadful.

I couldn't set it to 0 otherwise I would we order 3 takeaway subway foot long and it didn't have anything but salad and dressig worst food experience ever. If it is not theft I have no idea what that is called

Workers are generous with the toppings and meat as well as being sanitary. Food tasted excellent and to my surprise every vegetable tasted fresh. The bread was nice and toasty displaying it's scrumptious quality whilst being absorbed by my salivary amylase. Only downside is that it could have been a little warmer. Overall I had a great experience at this franchise. Will definitely be coming back:)

Completely utterly disgusted with the very poor customer service I experience this afternoon, by the two rude teenage girls, I will never come back and probably will never go to another subway again, as this is my first experience from a subway store. I'd rather wait and support a local fish and chip shop to open that would appreciate my business and my money and I will get better service without having eyes rolled at me and being rude too me.

Worst subway experience. Slow service and food was not fresh. Poor customer service as well. Bread was too thin and soft. Didn't have chillie sauce and thousand island. Have been to many subways and had plenty of positive experiences.

Used to be decent. Now its got slow service. They're stingy with the salads, the italian herb and cheese is more like white bread with 2 sprinkles of herb on it. Also they litterally forgot to cut our sandwiches in half so thats fun.
