Service is not friendly and produce does not look fresh. Further update that the people working in this store handle money and work the register in the same gloves they make sandwiches in. Disgraceful and happens often

Rude staff, and they are the same each time that I have visited this store and really bad customer service.
I was at this store by 5: 40pm, which is 20min prior to the closing time but the lady at service just said we are closed and when I did ask her the closing time she replied rudely saying we got to get the place cleaned.
Absolutely trash. So slow. I'd recommend just not eating and going hungry rather than come here.
Went with my husband today, and realized it was a bad choice. I myself work in hospitality and it feel so bad when someone post a bad review. But i guess this is a different case.
I ordered 2 subs cookies and quesadillas. First the staff was so in a hurry that they didn’t even listened to what customer said, i asked chilli sweet chilli and garlic in sub and got only sweet chilli and garlic,
When i asked for 2 cookies one choc chip and one white choc, they just packed 2 choc chips instead,
I ordered 4 items and still didn’t got a bag, had to ask for it and they handed me the bag and went away.
I packed my order myself.
The guy standing next to us ordered after us and ordered one sub. And they packed his order in the bag. Such a racist staff.

Long time not having subway today decided to get one for my brunch, I order 6inch with tuna. Is was so disappointment. Before I was remember they will give the tuna with the 2 scoop and a lot of filing they will give but now just a tiny bit of tuna, only 3 slice of cucumber, tiny bit for lettuce and just a small pinch of cheese. When I reach home and eat i feel the sandwich that I have was so bad is just eating the bread only. I spent about $10 for the sandwich is just not worth. Never ever go again.
Request to owner please do consider your staff behaviour (sick behaviour) definitely no atiquates to speak with customers. Very rude and unprofessional staff
I have tried many times in because am vegetarian I have no choice in Dandenong plaza instead having subway but staff was not friendly at all like very angry face, I felt like am paying for rubbish the petty was very stale and cold. When I took few seconds to decide the drink she was very rude. They need to have a meeting with the staff to keep the smile at least not creepy face second if my mother was old and she can’t see properly they was rushing.
Don't let the older Indian/Pakistan girl make your sandwich. No name badge, very rude, caught her cross contaminating salad with egg and meat.
She got angry and decides to hand the sandwich over abruptly and without that little sticker to hold everything in place just because I said "I told you 3 times how I like it and you still got it wrong". I still took the sandwich as I don't like waste. People like this should not be doing this kind of work.
Please find a more suitable person to run this store

I asked for extra meat and cheese and didn’t extra meat and cheese and I still got charged for it and by the time he finished the food was cold from when he toasted it
Absolutely horrific customer service. Place an order online, not showing up in their system. Refused to make sandwiches. Charged with no food
Went here with my husband. Girl at the counter named Sainjeet was very rude and ignored me even when I was standing right in front of her. I told her I was after some cookies and all she did was look back, and then continued to serve other customers standing after me in the line. Completely unprofessional behaviour.
I very rarely give bad reviews. I have myself worked in the hospitality industry for over 10years. Came in today on the 27th of October probably around 10.30 and the girl who started serving was alright. Then couple of guys came after me so the second girl who was at the till took so much time and finally decided to come finish my order. Topped up avocado on top of the old 1. Finally when I got home, took my first bite and the Thousand island sauce tasted bitter and off. So quite unhappy with pretty much everything today.
Bought a buy 1 get one free from here via uber eats. Chicken strips footlong. They did listen to other notes regarding sauces except there were no serviettes given. Now the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the packing. Both footlong seemed to be wrapped in a hurry and weren't properly wrapped. The food was already falling out when I just lifted it out of the bag. I'd much prefer if the Uber eats driver couldn't see the food inside or he'd be tempted to eat/contaminate it. Matter of safety and privacy.
If this isn't the correct subway I bought from then it's the mccrae st one from dandenong plaza which redirects to here. I may have thought there'd be more chicken in the sub and that it was a bit warmer upon arrival but my Only complaint is the incomplete looking wrapping. And it's a valid complaint
The staff could not be less interested in what they are doing, they just chuck the sandwiches together hand it over and walk off, customers must really getting in the way of their normal day standing around looking bored.
The bread was soggy after toasting, really surprised why! The girl at the counter was rude and unprofessional. Have eaten really good subs from other subway stores, but unfortunately this was worse. Really need to work on quality and customer service at this branch.
Today i go there and want to order but the staff is so rude, An indian girl didn’t look at me just speak in rude way that i am bsy. They need to improve customer service.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, The girl who served me today at 2: 15pm was soo RUDE and annoying, no respect or courtesy for customer, I asked her for different sauces (I wanted 3) but before I could finish my statement she told me maximum of 3 Sauces are allowed. That was something which was surprising to me because I have had Sub for many years now and never ever any Staff told me they couldn’t serve more than 3 sauces. I asked her when did this happened and she told me this is not allowed on this store at least, I asked her is this written somewhere? She was rude and replied everything cant be written. I told her to at least tell me that it would cost me extra for extra sauce but she did not bother and passed me to the other staff for billing which even she was not pleasant and did not even ask me for receipt. I hope this review is read by the staff and the owner/manger so that this doesn’t happen to others. Very poor I would say.
The worker is very rude. This morning I went to order food and waited for 10 minutes and I wanted to tell my order that he passed by without any reason and went to the kitchen. I am sorry that you have such a worker.
