I would give 0 if I could, they packed my chilled coke along with sub in a same bag where they r touching each other. Sub was so damn cold, I mean it's common sense not to put hot n cold together.
I guess monkeys working there

Avoid avoid avoid. Worst experience dealing with their staff I have ever had at any place.

Very rude/ got the order wrong many times in front of me/
put habanero sauce on when i was still picking what one I wanted.and told me “that’s what I said I wanted” when I said yes to salt and pepper.
Then wouldn’t make a new one.
I can’t eat hot sauce

I haven’t worked for 3yrs caring for my dad who just passed away.
I had $50 to last me for food until Friday.
She wouldn’t refund me a can of drink untouched 30sec after realising it was $4

I have depression and social anxiety, I had to walk down because I couldn’t afford a delivery fee. I don’t know how I’m going to eat now

Very pushy staff. Put the bare minimum of toppings on and when I asked for it toasted a second time they refused and kept saying it was already done. Food was alright but the place was pure disgusting. Very dirty and smelly.

The owner, Paryash was rude and purposely underfilled mine and the other present customers subs, probably to save another 30cents because the $7 an hour he underpays staff clearly isn’t enough

Got a sub and cookies via Uber eats - was the best subway I’ve had in a while! Packed with toppings and sauce

This store is a disgrace to the Subway name, they deliberately try to put the bare minimum toppings on to maximize profits
They also have higher prices than most other stores, surely this should be regulated by head office?
You will also see a common denominator in the bad subway stores.but I can't say it here.

Average service, skimpy sandwich construction, and then overcharged me by not putting my meal in a combo. Very disappointing.

Change your opening hours…extremely irritating when It says 9pm closing time and I get there at 8.15 and they close at 8. Not happy at all

Incompetent owner with no customer service skills.
Just remember customer ALWAYS comes first.
In this case the customer never comes back.

Disgraceful customer service. The guy on the counter was really rude and couldn’t handle the busyness. If your understaffed, please don’t put that pressure on customers. Food was ok

Fresh and tasty had my chicken wrap about 10.30am and still full.very clean inside and nice big tv to watch.very impressed also got my servites lol

What a poor excuse of a store! After having an issue that they said they would call me back, after not receiving a call I called back to the girls working there laughing and hanging up the phone

Got food poisoning from here, found out they use out of date produce and re-mark the date labels.
