21A typical subway store. You know what you're getting. My visit here was a bit disappointing. They had run out of bread. A sandwich shop with no bread is disappointing.
Had a few staff on to push through the lunchtime rush quickly from all the surrounding offices.
Everywhere says it should be open, including the hours on the door, but it wasn't. Please advertise your hours correctly.
They forgot the cookies in my order and I told them about it when I reordered cookies separately and they sent me four extra! I was so happy. Thank you:)
They do not have any experience to how to make it grill wrap i west my 5.95$ at this subway and when i am going to see them for show grilled wrap is stick with paper they just give me other warp on that mistek. Never take again from this store
Needed more staff as there was a que out the door. However the staff on were awesome and didn't rush me.
Limited parking and a queue every lunch time. Ok if you don't mind waiting. Quality and cleanliness are both only average at best. Not many lunch options in the immediate vacinity.
Staff were very impatient and rude, but to be fair I don't go to subway for the service. Unfortunately this was also the worst subway I've ever had. Everything tasted old and even the cookie was way overdone almost burnt.
It used to be good, but last time it didn't tatse good. Again parking is a problem on a weekday during lunch time.
Good only if u hungry. Better choice just from mcdonald. Kfc and hungry jack. But not much better
Place can get really busy during lunch times but the staff are fast and efficient so not much of a waiting period. Definitely good
Paying for salads you don't need and having to pay extra for a small piece of avocado you do want. So does throwing away a lot of salad that you can't eat make business sense? Won't be back.
Had gone over to order and pickup a sandwich platter, was rudely told by the manager that we should have placed the order 24 hours earlier. However a young guy named Iyaz obliged and proceeded to prepare the order, which the manager didn't like, she was so angry with the guy and was shouting at him and flinging trays. It's time the management has a look into the matter, and teach her good customer skills. 5 stars for the Iyaz.

The food is standard Subway, usually consistent. The venue is the only lunch place around so it's extremely packed at lunchtime, and the Monash Council use this to advantage, prowling for cars parking outside of marked car parks $159 fine.

The worst food.looked like they had spoilt cucumber and tomatoes. I had to throw away the foot long sub that I bought. So much for fresh food daily.

Horrible experience today. None of the salads were fresh, looks like they been frozen overnight and thawed out the next day. Everything was slimy and smelt awful. When asked, the customer service guy says that how we get them delivered. Seriously? If that’s what how they get their produce delivered everyday, I am NOT going there anymore. Lost my trust and loyalty. I’ve got the receipt if someone want to enquire. Bye forever
