40Staff didn’t care at all, girl absolutely shredded my bread trying to cut and open it so I couldn’t even hold my sub up, toppings and sauces so uneven, and zero customer service.
I thought I was being very picky & annoying with my orders but they gave me excellent service & served real quick. Will defo coming back again:)
Girl was in the rush and didn't put everything what should but when I told her she said it was everything ok I didn't push her to check because people were behind. But really unhappy with this situation
Wouldn't recommend.i have ordered via uber eats multiple times and everytime my order has been incorrect.
There is one particular young lady whose name I don't know but always seems to work afternoon shifts. She is amazing. Often left by herself to deal with entire store and on a day like today when there is unprecedented demand and unusually high activity with customers she was handling it well. She looked stressed and would've benefited with an extra person. Why there was no 2nd person I don't understand especially since uber eats orders were still coming through and no one else to deal with it all. She is the reason I come to this subway. Her service is always impeccable.
Best staff ever. Put in a special request for a specific drawing to cheer up my partner. They delivered! Love it, thank you - put a smile on his face.
I hate to be negative. But I got food poisoning from here and I've been extremely sick for two days.

Disgusting! I wouldn’t be ordering nothing from here, unsafe. Ordered 2 footlongs, while making the order the lady was scratching her nose numerous times then touching all the food. Cool just wasted $30 on nothing. I’ll be taking it further thou.
Have to agree with other comments from Uber eats they seem they don’t value Uber eats customers. Ordered a pulled pork subway instead pork they have put ham and wrote a note on the bag “sorry we ran out of pork “then why can’t you put a no stock on Uber app like other stores? Paid for nothing …. And let’s not talk about the meatball subway the bread was squished and there was only 6 tiny meat balls to the footlong. Never ordering again worse experience from subway so far
Zero stars! Seems there is something common in more than just my review and I’m not one to ever write reviews bad or good but I believe this needs to be out there…. A particular employee here had Absolutely disgusting customer service towards delivery drivers! With no one else in store I was told I would have to wait, The guy then proceeded to tell me that because im an Uber driver I can wait! Then proceeded to lecture me on ubers pay rates and how I can wait However long it takes because I get paid for it…… Then when I make a comment about how bad the customer service is towards drivers. I am told enough and to shut my mouth… and did I want to cancel my trip? This all in front of other customers. This is not the first time this guy has been rude to me and I have also seen him treat other drivers the same way.absolutely terrible subway! Do not go near it.
Was absolutely horrible, the person making my subway has no hair net with longish hair, there was hair in my food and it is disgusting hair hanging out of my food
Came in sat morning needing 3 urgent platters and the lady that served me did an awesome job putting it together and serving others as well. Super impressed and over the moon with the friendly service, speed and the food.

Absolutely disgusted over tonight's order. I had ordered two footlongs through Uber eats waited over an hour and only one arrived. I had listed 7 toppings for that second sub which only arrived with just lettuce and not even sauce. I called the uber driver whom informed me that's what he had been given by you guys so I called you. Which the response was to get a refund through Uber and being hung up on.
I am absolutely disgusting with my experience at this subway. There is no hygiene at this subway. The staff didn’t even changed the gloves once. The gloves he was wearing before I came was the gloves he used to make my entire sandwich. He didn’t put avacado in my both footlongs even though I asked him to put. I went at night so the subway wasn’t even busy but the staff still forgot to put avacado. During making my subway, the staff had to sneeze and I was just so disgusted. I do understand sneezing is a natural process and can’t be stopped or controlled. But the staff didn’t even washed hands after sneezing or he didn’t even changed his gloves. He was not even wearing a face mask when he sneezed. I am very disappointed. Avoid this subway at all costs.
I got my order just a hour ago from uber eats. It was the worst service i got from this subway they have not follwed my instructions and even i paid extra for the extra in the subway but i have not even recived that moreover i order cokkies there were no cokkies in my bag. Will never ordrr again from this subway
Very rude for the delivery drivers and keep them waiting for a very long time without even care. And also very poor customer service and unprofessional staff.

Treat customers and delivery drivers extremely rudely. The south asian/ middle eastern team member who works there (could be the manager) provides extremely bad service and I have seen multiple delivery drivers argue with him in store as he starts preparing the order after they arrive for pickup.
Got half a subway and was charged for a full one
Didn’t take notice till l checked my bank
Wasn’t toasted properly so tasted terrible, Ended up throwing it to the birds, won’t go back there!
