Most people read reviews and find them genuine. I would encourage you to read all reviews and decide, does this really look legit? Or, is it only meant to generate sympathy? I am just curious where is the memo that says that you would be reducing the amounts that you're putting in sandwiches? Placed an with doordash which picked up from beaconsfield and received not even close to what we normally get.
Is it the fact that I wasn't standing at the counter that I feel like I was cheated? Or was it the delivery person that opened every sandwich and removed ingredients?

Fantastic customer service, clean shop but the air con or the music was stuck on the same 2 sounds. Very droning. Feel sorry for the employees.

Not sure why the salads are half filled but there's no way you can justify that price for the amount received

Funny I wrote a review about paying $22 for a 12inch falafel sub to be delivered, never arrived, was not put online, don't buy from this store.

There was 1 staff serving and 3 people waiting to be served. Normally there is at least 2 people in a subway store.

Hours stated 8am open on the main door but upon arrival the girl working said no we don’t open until 8: 30. Huge inconvenience and no consistency in the trading hours

Have visited here fairly regularly since it opened. I don't know when each owner stopped and the next one started but it has been going steadily downhill since day one. The other reviewer mentioning brain dead teenagers is spot on, but it's the complete lack of management oversight that scares me most.

It used to be one of the best Subways in Melbourne. Now they employ brain-dead teenagers who hate their customers.

I had a young angry teenager watch flies walk over my food when he was making it for me. He didn't blink when he saw it, and was put out when i complained about my sandwich being contaminated. He then proceeded to watch the flies walk over all of the food in the cabinet. He was so contemptuous of his customers that he made no attempt to shoo the flies away, and became annoyed when I dared to mention it. Avoid this subway at all costs if you value your health. Subway is junk nowadays anyhow even at it's best. The bakery near Woolies is much better.

It was very busy and the staff worked there buts off to quickly serve everyone with a smile. Good job girls.

What else is there to say besides it being one of the best Subways in Victoria, and my Subway of choice? Everything just seems to be there whenever I go, and I can tell it’s very well managed because of how clean it is, and the staff are lovely and professional. Oh and did I mention that the food is AMAZING? !? ! Plus they literally have every cookie in existence (and plenty at that)! I would urge all Subways to be like this one!

I’m a germophobe, and every time I come here the staff are happy to accommodate my preferences. My boyfriend and I devour foot long subs together and I wouldn’t have it any other way

Really good staff and enough sitting arrangements.you can easily find parking outside and its well located on princes highway.

Best Subway I've been to. Friendly, generous with ingredients, don't charge extra for some ingredients other Subways do.

They take pride in their work and there is consistency. My daughters and I are regulars here and we love it. Good job!
