49Monday 30th October 2023, Kate so rude, not want to be there attitude. Worst subway I have ever bought. Went next door to Domino's as I was so embarrassed to take subway home to my husband. I will never go back again.
I placed quite a big order last minute and everything was prepared on time. The service is great, very clean inside. Food tasty and as per order.
I was served by Ciearne. Great customer service, and even better mine and my friends food was made really well
Great service from the only staff member visible and she proceeded to make a very tasty sandwich, although the store was clean it's very obvious of how dated it is which made it look untidy. But I would still prefer to buy from here over others in the area.
The girl serving was a bit obnoxious, wasn’t busy but service was slow… also got overcharged
The staff care more about sorting out Uber eats and mobile orders than taking care of the customers in the actual store.was waiting in line for 5-10, minutes finally a girl came from out the back only to start making an Uber eats order and ignored the people in line, get your s**t together subway not good enough, would give zero starts if I could.
Preordered online for pickup at a specific time as I needed to attend an important event. When I arrive no one knows anything about my order and starts to prepare it very slow. I ordered one sub with tomato one without, but the girl starts putting tomato on the second sub so I told her she had already put tomato on the other sub. She unwrap it to checknot remembering if she had put tomato despite only just having made it. Very slow service considering order was preordered. What was the point of preordering? She forgets one of my cookies also. Very rude blonde girl by the name of Cear or Ciar! She Should not be in customer service and a disgrace to fast-food restaurant how she dealt with the situation!
Everytime we've been here it's always been the same experience: staff are rude and disinterested, have had to wait 30 minutes to be serve and on public holidays they charge 15% surcharge with only one staff on. Won't be returning and would not recommend even if local.
This subway is awful. I live 800m away and have been here 5 times, every time it has been terrible. Long wait times, staff that make poor sandwiches and noone seems to care. Went there tonight, the two girls working were in the middle of apologising to a customer who was paying, another lady was having a sandwich made and said "I'm not eating that" and walked out, so I left as well. Its walking distance from my house but I now drive somewhere else.
Ordered last night on door dash, subway didn’t include my entire order and there was a missing item. I let it go and reordered tonight, my drink wasn’t included and again the cookie in my sub box was missing. I think your staff need to pay more attention to detail because after 2 nights of the same mistakes I won’t be ordering from this franchise again. I am aware these places are privately owned and I am sure the owner would not like to know they have lost a local customer who usually enjoys the food. You’ve lost my trust in doing the job that should be as simple as checking off items per orders before handing over to drivers.
Staff are always friendly. During rush times they seem under staffed. (but this is also everywhere right now)

Came in for a late lunch, three young girls working and myself and my fiancé were not acknowledged at all for at least 5 minutes, horrible attitude from the staff, didn’t feel welcomed or respected in the slightest.felt like us being in there was an inconvenience to them.
Ordered through Uber Eats when the order arrived there was a note saying they were out of an ingredient so simply did not provide ANYTHING. I think this is exceptionally poor customer service.at least have the courtesy to phone and ask if I wanted anything else.when I called to check, someone answered not even announcing that it's Subway, just "Hello". When asked they said there was no number on the order, which I find hard to believe but even if there was no number I'm sure they could have contacted Uber Eats.very disappointed.
Amber working at 7.30pm was the ruddest worker i have ever came across she did 5 uber eat orders whilst the store was empty and i came in.took me over 15mins to get my dinner.what a disgrace.youd think being a big franchise that they would be more professional.she refuse to call her manager.she need more.manners talking to her clients.
Terrible customer service.
Called them to ask if they are open and they said yes, drove 6km and waited in line to be told they can’t serve me because they are too tired. Was still 5 minutes to closure and I was the last customer but they turned me away!
By far the worst service for a subway.
Who only has 1 worker on at lunch time and only have selective things because of no product
Went down to get some dinner, worker seemed very disinterested and was just sloping the sandwiches together. When we were paying she just walked off and didn’t even tell us if our transaction was completed or not. Work stations were very dirty and there was food scraps everywhere. We would have expected this if the store was busy but we were the only ones there.
What is the deal with this place? Everytime I come here there are around 5-6 people waiting to order, one employee seeing to the customers and 1-2 employees out the back not helping. Aghhhhhhh, so frustrating.
The subs we had were great and the staff who made it were doing a great job but when I entered the store there were several uber/menu log drivers waiting for their orders. I only seen 2 staff members frantically making subs. They had what looked like a good process going but could have used another worker or 2. I probably won't use this store again as I use half my lunch break just to get my meal.
