32Just wanted some cookies but the girl working there touched them with her bare hands so I didn't bother.
So slow had to leave only have 30min lunch break, very poor staff not many in shop I wonder why
I'm currently teaching the bloke how to make my sub. Taken 15 min so far, and he's been so tight with the ingredients!

This location was deplorable. Staff need training asap. Watched as staff never changed gloves between customers. After directly handling meat, put a vegetarian sandwich together. Then proceeded to directly start restocking salad and putting their meaty fingers through all the 'new' salads.
Staff were short, rude and uninterested. They seemed 'rushed' despite only two groups of customers, with three staff members on and three sandwiches to make. The price was barked at us when they had finally worked out the cost. Our vegetarian upon seeing the last couple's sandwich decided not to buy anything from this store.
We walked out disgusted.
If you value your life. Do not eat here.
Don't believe the 5 star reviewers, most of those profiles have 4 reviews all for subways in Victoria. Owners should put as much effort into training and service as they do faking reviews. Shut them down by not giving them a cent!
Saturday lunchtime, no staff at the counter and ignored by the staff member chatting on their phone out the back. Waited around for several minutes and not even any attempt to serve. Pathetic.
What's the point in being open if your staff won't even attempt to serve your customers?
Took 15 minutes to make my sandwich, employees were so rude, and not sure why but they completely squished the bread, and everyone else’s after me that I saw while mine was still being made. They are so stingy on the sauses and salads

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious! I had Smokey chicken salad, I must say outstanding service.highly recommended to visit
This place is very close to my workplace. I go there almost everyday for my lunch break. Staff is well trained always serves with big smile. Highly recommended
Worst store, unhygienic and dirty. Also had an opportunity to witness staffs figting outside the store in carpark
Disgusting. Windows are all grubby, bins overflowing, used bandaids on the floor, vegies not fresh, staff not in uniform or wearing masks. Staff completely uninterested.

Entrance was full of garbage. Used tissues, subway sanwich papers were everywhere. Staff is ok though!
I went there to pickup a order for Uber and they gave me an incomplete order and when I went back there with that incomplete order they refused to complete that order and telling me go to the app and refund it

I don’t know if there open times are just listed wrong or the staff just do t know what there doing. I arrived at 10: 30 expecting the store to be open but the door was locked. I tried twice to make sure I was punching hard enough. I sat outside and waited for 10 min just in case as I could see workers inside and tried again. Still locked at 10: 55 on a Sunday
Frequently when i order my sub and drink on uber this store does not give the drink and forces me to wait a week for refund via app. Food quality is poor. Would not go back or recommend
One of the worst customers services those two girls very very rude this is my last time am coming here. She was making jokes about me
I heard that too unprofessional. I will also report this shop to food safety people. I don’t even wanna give 1 star and also they charged more then normal subway and I will report this to subway head office
The two teenage girls working today were quite rude and dismissive. It was a nightmare for my partner with social anxiety trying to order as they were so unprofessional.
Went there to get a footlong sub at 11: 30am. Server came out with a mask on her chin and started to prepare food, when challenged to wear a mask she replied it's ok I don't have covid? ! Then became irritable and rude. I cancelled my order and she chased me out the door berating me that I shouldn't have started my order. Is she kidding? ! Don't go here if you value your health and wellbeing because they clearly don't.

Worst experience.i just came for sub with bread and its finish.the girl and fornt offering me wrap even i said i dont want it. Infact staff is very lazy to deal with customers.
