29I bought the 6 cookie gift box deal (which doesn't come in a box, they give it in the normal cookie bag bag and squeeze all 6 in) and they had a lot of all the cookies still remaining, but dude for some reason gave me 1 cookie that broke into half? Like dahell did i do to you bro

Subway has always been a easy option when you can’t decided what to eat. As usual had the BMT and footling meatballs and it was quite good. Service was okish. Felt rushed while ordering and asking for extra didn’t seemed easy. Although we were willing to pay extra, the girl who served us was not happy to add extra, looked like she wanted to take the order as soon as possible and get us out.
Anyways, not the best place to dine it. Takeaway is better. Price of the sandwiches is okay as well. Salad wasn’t too fresh.
Overpriced. I normally go to my usual subway in the CBD but had to go to this one. They charge $2 more than my usual subway for the same item. Over priced

From the moment I walked in And noticed they were talking about me! They obviously didn’t realise I could understand them even though they were talking a different language. I could very much understand them and the horrible things they were saying about me! These people need to be spoken to about there behavior within the workplace.

I ordered from here around 2.15pm today and my experience was so bad, I had to write about it. I got a gluten free wrap which they microwaved instead of toasting. Then then barely wrapped it so it was half open when I proceeded to take off the paper and try to eat on the go. I barely ate half before throwing it away, the bread was not good. This was all after I had to line up for 10 minutes behind only 3 people. The staff were all over the place, not fully focussed on customers. I'm very disappointed, and hungry. Also it was $11.95! I get the same order in Brisbane for under $10.

Twas last Wednesday, when me and my significant other felt the craving for Subway. It had been a long day and we were both fatigued and in need of sustenance. On my way home I stopped into the nearest store. I had a formidable challenge for the so called "sandwich artist" working the evening shift; two footlongs, each with different ingredients. I doubted she had the ability to make them both simultaneously, but huzzah! With lightning fast coordination she whipped up our food like a tornado, filled with the freshest produce, the tenderest meat. I thanked her for her amazing service and headed home. The hospitality had been superb, but how did it taste, I hear you ask? Well dear reader, it was fantabulous! Spectacular! A true delight for the tastebuds. The sandwich was somehow bursting with flavour, and yet hearty and filling like mamas homemade sandwiches. 10/10 would eat again.
The person making subs over there was horribly rude to me, constantly mocking me and telling me whether I want to restart or not. As long as he is there, you might get mistreated.
The customer service was friendly today
(they didn't know if the eggs were free range or not.) My main concern is that no one was wearing a mask including the man in the back prepping food.
I really don't feel comfortable with my order being taken while they talk over my food.
From initial order to sitting down to eat.the staff still have their mask sitting on their chin or hanging below nose.
The very least I'd expect in a worldwide pandemic is for staff who work in fast food industry with exposure to many customers in CBD is to wear their mask PLEASE.

Ordered 6 cookies, macadamia and double choc chip online and only got 1 choc chip what is even that, only checked when we got home, very disappointing will NOT be returning

I feel uncomfortable having staff talk over my food being prepared while mask sits on chin or under noses. None of the 3 workers wore mask including food prep guy in back.

Brown lettuce, very poor portion size and little care to presentation.
Avoid this store at all costs, he even tried to say that's how the lettuce was delivered by Subway supplier.

There was an elderly couple dining in this restaurant today at 11: 50am. I asked the employee if the public was able to dine in now and he said no. I asked why is that elderly couple dining in then? He reasoned “they’re regulars”.
As if being old and a “regular” was a justifiable excuse for not following strict COVID-19 RULES? Unbelievable! If you can’t follow the rules then stay home!
Paying 9 dollars for a veggie delite with avocado but they ran out of avocado so scaped on the tiniest amount and pretended it was ok. Also ran out of sun-dried tomatoes and just laughed when I mentioned it.
Maybe let customers know they've run out of certain toppings beforehand or offer a discount
I've always liked subway it's probably the only junk food but you place is very clean and the food is good and staff are frendly
They have changed the menu and now is impractical and time consuming to read the board to understand what they are offering.
So I went there few times and every time served by this old unhealthy Indian bloke who couldn't be more stingy enough when giving chicken strips - very bad mannered, bad customer service & extremely poor in English - you'll have to repeat every word twice before he gets it! Well he's the franchise owner (!), joke! So, will never recommend to anyone or won't go there again!
Since the new management has taken over this establishment has really raised its standards! Great Service!
