I recently visited Subway rivergum and had an exceptional experience. The freshness of the ingredients and the variety of choices exceeded my expectations.

The staff at this Subway location were not only friendly but also attentive to my preferences. They skillfully prepared my sandwich with precision, and the end result was a delicious, customized meal.

What I appreciate most is the commitment to quality. The veggies were crisp, the bread was fresh, and the overall presentation was impressive. The cleanliness of the restaurant also added to the positive dining atmosphere.

Kudos to the Subway team for consistently delivering a delightful dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for more of those tasty and customized sandwiches.

Old bread warmed up! Or it’s been left out and dried out! Biting in to the sun awaiting that fresh bread and explosion of flavours.the bread was like eating cardboard.disgusting.
I thought it strange when the woman serving cut open the roll and then started feeling the inside for softness! One which she already cut open was put back in to the warmer and another roll taken out.feel sorry for the next paying Client who will receive that one. I bet she was hoping for it to be toasted. That’s why I hate their bread being toasted as it dries out and becomes flaky. I ended up only eating the filling.disappointed never going back to this one again

I bought a foot long with chicken teriyaki. Really disappointed with the service the way it was served. Didn’t even ask if I wanted toasted or now just stuffed the chicken & then cheese.when she folded the sub all the chicken was out as she didn’t cut the bread properly. Also asked her to scan the app from phone, don’t know what she did but got no recent activity in phone so writing the review here. Was really frustrated and disappointed. Even the other team member who was serving told the bread isn’t cut properly but she was not agreeing to it.

Everything including the service and the quality of the food is great if you are local this place is a must go

My recent experience at Subway South Morang left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. The most glaring issue was the horrendous quality of the bread they served. It was stale, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. I couldn't believe that Subway, a well-known sandwich chain, would serve such subpar bread to their customers.

The moment I took a bite, I was greeted with a texture that resembled cardboard. It was tough and lacked the softness and freshness that one expects from a sandwich. It completely ruined the entire meal for me, as no amount of toppings and fillings could mask the fact that I was essentially eating a stale piece of bread.

I also would not look into any 5 stars reviews of this restaurant as the owner was begging me to give it a 5 star review in exchange for free cookies.

Considering the reputation and popularity of Subway, I expected much better. It's disheartening to see a franchise that prides itself on "Eat Fresh" serving such unappetizing and outdated bread. It's clear that the management at Subway South Morang needs to address this issue urgently and ensure that their customers are provided with fresh bread.

This place was great, I would come here again and again and again. The food immaculate, the service impeccable. Would recommend to anyone who breathes

Great service. Staff are friendly and all remember my order which is why I go there every day for lunch. Also lost 13kg in the process.

Just went in there and there was a male and female, I was the only one in store. Neither looked at me, neither said hello, I was standing there for five minutes until I finally said “will I be served” and had the rudest reply from the female.
The male looked at me and walked to the back.
Terrible service and do not recommend.

We love Rivergum Subway, the food is always fresh and well made. Aman always makes a big effort to remember his customers and provides an exceptional service. Highly recommend

Better off buying it all from woolies and making it yourself you'll have enough to feed a small army for the same price of 1 footlong. I literally bought 1 6inch with just ham and cheese no drink no cookie and it cost more then a kids meal from McDonalds, kfc and hungry Jacks that all come with a burger fries drink and toy. Anyone who says eating healthy is cheaper is a liar!

Order a veg sub and got barely any ingredients. Literally 2 pieces of Spinach on each sub! As well as 2 pieces of basically everything else

Staff don’t know the difference between veggie delight and veggie patty when I order veggie delight they put veggie patty which I don’t want I ended up eating like this never recommended this place

Rip you off with lettuce replaced by Cabbage. Not mentioned anywhere through the DoorDash app. Cabbage causes allergies for my family. Lucky we noticed the lack of ingredients, which caused us to check out what was inside. (Barely any ingredients). Still charge full amount. What a joke.

Have found hair in my sub on 2 separate occasions.
Silly me for going back after the first time.
