Subway reviews
42Today i did order around 9: 10pm and they cancelled my order but closing time showed 10pm? Why so early?
An amazing Subway restaurant, always takes orders and lovely sub-makers, really good listeners. There's a lovely older lady that makes visits special. I wish her happiness.
Omed, fastest hand in the west, I think i have never seen anyone handle footlongs and 6 inches so well. His services are so good, he makes people come again and again and so quickly. He made a subbox robot one day, what a creative employee. Omed puts the sub in subway, he will submit to your desires when it comes to making your footlong savoury. Dont be afraid to ask him for extra sauce, he loves spreading the sauce around.
Rasict caucasians that serve with the biggest attitude even when i was so polite. Wouldnt even serve with any sincerety felt like i was burdening her even tho i was not making her life hard just wanted to buy subway. The girl has blonde hair and was also being rude to her other coworker
Some of the staff need a ruler. I just got a 6 inch sub that only measured 4 3/4 inches. This is not the first time it has happened
I'm a daily subway sandwich man, these guys pack it up always a really well made Sub, great service, good chats, say you read Phil's review, but seriously you want a good sub this is the one you head too
Kind and cooperative staff.
Every time my odder was ready in time.
Fresh ingredients.
Vegetarian option available.
Ample parking in front.
I visit Subway quite frequently. Amongst the ones I have visited in and around Melbourne, this is the worst.
Food:
For starters they serve the thinnest subway bread I have ever seen for the same price. The basic salad stuffing do not even fit in the bread (that's how thin the bread is). We tried the vegetarian option and the veggie patty looked months old (not fresh in anyway)
Service:
When the person making the sub realised 60 - 70% of the filling had fallen off while packing, she decided to provide the sub with hardly any filling. When questioned, she said that nothing had fallen. I had to open the sub and show it to her so that she could fill it again.
I will never go here again. Food and service is just terrible!
Worst service. The shop was closing at 8pm I got my sub at 6.41pm but the rude employee didn't let us sit inside. The girl that served us was also rude to the other employee that was working with her.
Staff are really good but unfortunately the owner/manager (Robyn) treats them poorly. No overtime/no penalties/no weekend rates. This is why you may get poor service every now and then.
Today I bought 2 subs, bread was like yesterday, salad wasn’t fresh and worst of all the service was appalling.
Use to be my favourite spot but unfortunately they won’t get my business.
Good Subway.
Generally made very well and staff are nice
No real complaints from this location. Subway always goes down well!
We normally buy subway and at dandenong and we are starting to notice a big difference in what we get.we get a very full sub with lots of salad which makes it really nice and worth it. In hallam we get a much smaller sub with lots less salad. We can count the carrots and the staff girl behave very rude
They never picked the call. It is near to my work so i started going there but everytime i call no response. Management must know about that and hire staff who is willing to work.
Says open until 10pm every time we have been at around 8: 30pm staff is closing the store or preparing to close store. Hours need to be updated online.
Was served by Michael. He really should be recognised and rewarded by management. By far one of the very best customer service experiences I've seen in over a decade. Congratulations Michael, your manners and friendliness has been refreshing and the only thing that has now made me a fan of, not only Subway Hallam, but Subway in general. Hopefully you are generously rewarded
Very poor service. Waited in line, just 1 person serving, 2 others at the back chatting about shifts. 1 other came out, counted the bread (with her back to me) them walked back again and totally ignored the waiting clients.
Compared with Subway Heatherton (amazingly quick service), this store has a LOT to learn. Store internally looked uncared for.
I understand being under the pump, but a customer should be able to ring up the store and ask what family bundles they have available with out the the lady taking ages to ask her colleagues what they have on the menu to finally hang up on me without saying a word. I began to call the store back but after a "few" minutes I decided it wasn't worth the effort. Can someone please respond and explain why it is such an effort for the store to maintain good service.
What a circus this place is. Online and on their front windows they say open at 8am. Well we waited and waited. Daughter had camp 8.30. Someone got there at 8.15 and said we don't open until after 9am. Well maybe change your hours then. Will go to narre warren for future purchases.
