Always this place runs short of breads, salads not very clean in handling, meat gets mixed with seafood and other salads, was very disappointed most of the time they are short supplied.never a gain.

Some workers don't put enough tuna, they just spread mayonnaise on the bread.please teach them what a portion of tuna should be.

Same lady as described by Louise below and around the same time today. Slow & prob worst salad ever (second only to those fish & chip shop salads that would give u half a head of lettuce and a whole tomato etc).

On Friday 3/3/23 at 2.45 I bought a footling smashed falafel. Only one female was working, she was of Sub Continental appearance. She didn't understand me and gave me the incorrect bread. She also didn't know what I meant by smashed falafel …’.

I got my usual chicken teriyaki salad I have 3 times a week (from other stores). Worst one I’ve had ever has to be at this store. The veggies were cut massive … I don’t even know where they got a cucumber so large for the huge round pieces) and can’t be eaten without taking them all out and chopping them up yourself. Could not eat my lunch. Minimal chicken also. Will be going back to the other stores.

When I went to eat the sub I realised she had not heated the falafel.ended up throwing it out. Please train your staff!

Just bought me a lunch very unprofessional customer service and rude service definitely not coming back to this shop very unprofessional

Sloppiest subway I ihxe ever had the displeasue or eating. Cleary the staff here simply do not care.

Never met staff who are so incompetent, lazy, rude and sad.was a good store few years ago now it’s laughable

When I first came to Geelong, 3 years ago this subway was great but overtime when different staff came along it hasn't been the same.last 3 times I've been there the lettuce has been black, I had a meatball sub had it toasted and all the meatballs were cold. Staff don't care, they do whatever want. Besides some toppings being off, certain staff make sandwiches that have more ingredients in them. Some make with barely any ingredients. Staff don't care, not sure how this place is in business. Love the subway brand but will try a different subway, which would be an extra 10 minute drive. Hope I have a different experience and maybe management van change things in this one.

Hubby said it was the saddest foot long he'd had in a while. All smooshed up and didn't taste like the freshest ingredients. Usually happy with subway so a little dissapointing

As I was watching my sandwich be made a lady who was working there who had pink hair threw a piece of bread on the floor did not give me many meatballs did not even cover half the sandwich at checkout she squeezed the sandwich until bread poked out the wrapper whoever is manager there fire that lady

Unfriendly staff.even after buying a large salad bowl and foot long teriyaki chicken, staff refused to give one extra fork or cutlery. Atleast make sure sell cutlery separately

They are having very much much attitude as they own 4 branches of subway as if they own whole subway Australia. Very bad customer experience. Would not suggest at all.

I went to subway belmont on high street around 3pm today. I took a take a footlong takeaway.
When I opened it I found hair in that. It was very disappointing to see that.

One staff member and 6 customers waiting so i left and came back15 minutes later - same situo and no-one eating. Im going to have to grab another option instead - subway you are good but not that good

We always go there after picking up our kid from tutoring on Wednesday afternoon. It's not that busy at the time. We are well serviced. The attendance is always patient and polite, with small on his/her face.

They are always looking for staff which I feel is a great representation of the store. (Not my only experience like this)

As an ex-sandwich artist I think the service should be a lot better. The lady that served me today was as sour as a lemon and you could tell she didn't want to be there.

Sandwich quality is actually really good but even with a mask on you should give some service. Either drive to Grovedale or order online with delivery, that way you won't feel like you are a burden on the staff.

Bad workers they don't even check what they put in the sandwich. I'm really surprised I ordered, 4 chicken teriyaki but there was barely any chicken in the sandwich, it was all salad.

Fresh healthy food! Need a quick health food item? This place has got you covered, clean resturant style, friendly staff and fresh veggies, meat and your favourite sauces! Cookies and the option for salads even too! It's delicious!

I was there atheusday night when there as a large event across the way. Staff was still efficient, despite the crowd.
