I’ll repeat what others said, rude store managers, stingy food portions and grey vibe to the store. May as well head to the sushi shop inside for something cheaper and healthier.

The young kids who work here are rally nice and friendly, but the shop owner guy (i think) is so grumpy, went to get a sub on a sunday; the way the manager woman treats the employees is absolutely disgusting, scolds and picks on these kids repeatedly infront of customers, zero professionalism. On top of that they are so stingy with the vegatables and the prices in this store is isnsane, i would give no stars if i could, the only reason i gave three stars for the service is because the kids who work here are nice.

My home subway charges me $9.00 for my footlong salami/salad and the most I ever been charged is $11. This outlet charged $13. I told her I will not come back. Bread was stale also. Certainly not the normal quality from Subway. They will burn their fingers if they keep this up.

This Indian guy working at subway was highly rude trying to make me pay for two six inches when I order a foot long very rude then swore and stuck finger up at me and my daughter

Bad customer service, stinge out on ingredients. Seems like there’s a new team every few months. There are better subways around the area.

Would give 0 stars if I could - old Indian man serving, appalling service and should not be in customer service. Do everyone a favour and remove yourself from the store.

New management since we came last. Fast food and same quality. Overall the experience has not changed as I'd usually expect when management changes. Ample parking. Grab a coffee in the central to go along with the cookies from subway

Terrible joint, literally got three of my orders wrong now and had to send them back I don’t think it’s that hard to leave out some sauce that you’re allergic to and to add more than 6 olives

Worst Subway experience by far! Disgrace. Sub was utterly drenched in mayo. Threw it in bin, as it was not edible. Young lady that served me, looked like she was ready for bed. And not to forget, being treated with passive aggressiveness! No dam clue, why she is serving customers. Felt very uncomfortable standing across from her.worst customer service and lack of veggies on the sub. Store trying to save costs by being stingy on the carrots and meatballs.trying to give me a heart attack. Avoid at all costs. Report this place to HQ. Tarnish my experience of Subway. Never again!

Fast and friendly service. Sub tasted nice and as I've come to expect. Salad ingredients fresh. The only negative all be it small was that despite toasting the sub/bread was quite soft which is the opposite to what it should be. Store clean. Ample parking near the store but it can be quite full as it's near Woolworths.
Update: has definately gone downhill. Very cold and unemotional staff/service and very inefficient. One would think customer service was a priority, and a little courtesy goes a long way.

Worst customer service, there was a old aged guy. Waited for nearly 7 min I queue & when my turn arrived he started preparing some other order.
Will never visit again

The most sullen young girl served me. Darling, you’re in customer service, put a smile on your face.

Oh my, a teriyaki chicken sub hits the spot every time, specifically from this joint they do it better

Love it when you order subway and all the salads are crisp and the bread is super fresh. This subways is the best!

Subway Thrift Park used to be my go-to in the local area, however they have since removed their "meal for two" deal on uber eats, so i've switched to the Cheltenham store who offer better value. Delivery is more expensive, but overall a lot cheaper with the "meal for two" deal

The best Subway in the area to me. The ingredients are usually a lot fresher than other Subway that I have visited and staff are very friendly. I have a gluten free roll and chicken teriyaki with vegetables and no cheese and it's always very tasty. Considering what it is, it's great quality.

Got 3 footlongs from here and the guy made them well and doesn't just throw them together. Good bloke and would recommend this subway

Twice in a row the staff member Honey has short-served the meat on the foot-long sub I ordered. If you catch him doing this and challenge him he will give you rubbish excuses. This guy, "Honey" will make up excuses and say things that are not true in order to cut costs for himself. Be very careful here, the staff are trying to maximise profits by cutting portion sizes (e.g. Meat/salad/sauce) size. Go to a different subway location or just buy something else!
