Well. Were do I start, first she told me there is no bread. That was OK. So I purchased a wrap. After I paid for it. There was no smiling at all, not a thank you. Not even sorry for the inconvenience. Then when I went to eat it I noticed that the wrap was folded with the paper. I had to Un wrap it and start again. These people from over seas should start being polite. Sorry after all were purchasing your product.
I recently visited Subway and had a mixed experience. The footlong sandwich was spot-on, satisfying my taste buds. However, the cappuccino was a letdown—it tasted bitter. Upon inspection, the coffee grinder was dirty, with some ungrounded, moist coffee beans. The staff mentioned a shortage of coffee beans, which impacted the overall coffee experience.
Moreover, when my mum returned to address the issue and request a refund, it wasn’t resolved to our satisfaction, leaving us disappointed with the customer service.
Worst customer service ever I had.
Mistakenly, I was unable to pay using my card at first attempt, then, I saw they were laughing at me and making fun out of me. Further, there was a boy without uniform who joined with them.
Never visiting again.
Please be kind to your customers.
Worst customer service three different people served me had to keep on telling my order over n over got a veggie sub the girl didn't change her gloves wen I pointed it out she threw the cheese back in the tray only for the other girl to pick it up after a minute n put it back on my sub
Veggie patties were raw n lukewarm threw the whole food out

Customer service shocking like they were all constipated no welcoming smile - why hire staff who don't want to be there. Lettuce was not fresh. Only reason come there was because it was close and no other food joint nearby otherwise would have not gone in.
Would not have team members serving customers like this -be enthusiastic, energetic or don't be there.
Food was average. Customer service wasn’t great. I felt the staff was grumpy and wasn’t happy to serve us.
Bought a footlong snitzel from this outlet about 3 days ago and it was amazing! Great service and fresh ingredients
Have been coming to this subway for 15 years and have rarely if ever been disappointed with the service or quality of sandwich produced. Regularly travel the extra few minutes to this subway store than those slightly closer
Indian Lady working there on the 14th of August 2022 clearly hated her job.
Sighed every time she had to do something. Looked half asleep, depressed attitude.
I understand it’s a repetitive job but damn…
If you don’t want to work there, then find a job somewhere else.

The best subway I’ve been too! It’s always so clean. I always get served by Vari She is absolutely amazing, always smiling and so friendly every time I visit the store.
Hands down the best Subway store I have ever been. I am a regular here and they never disappoint.
Had the worst meatball melt. I don't know what was in that or how they'd made it whether it was fresh or not because i can't stop vomiting after eating. Going to see the doctor for sure.

I ordered vege sub because I am vegetarian and towards my last bite I found chicken chunk in there. I went back in the store just to give them a heads up that I found chicken in my sub.
The girl who made my sub was very sympathetic and then this guy came and started lecturing me about how I should come before finishing the sub. Mate afcourse I would come before if I had found it before.
If I want I can bloody sue you for this, so stop lecturing me.
They don't want to take feedback and the food is all mixed up.
Got food poisoning from the cookies (even just from 1 cookie ffs, couldn't imagine what I would be feeling if I had 2)
My order made very badly as she did not listen even i asked for toasted sub. Style to put veggies portions was really showing, she needs training. She did not spread veggies.carrots olives just put it in centre of sub. There is scheme going on in Subway that order any sub and peel and get cookies or drink free.
Even they did not put that peel stickers on the sub. When I asked the boy said he did not get what I am asking.no even put in the bag as they know dinning is not open yet.
The guy the other day was great at making me a nice low salt, healthy sub. Was able to offer some good suggestions with regard to pineapple and beetroot. I really need nice healthy food, have blood pressure issues.

Ok, just needs a clean, everywhere Tables floor & especially the salt & Pepper dispenser needs a clean.we witness the dirty Salt shacker drop in the Salad?
Store was clean. Service was prompt and efficient. Ingredients looked fresh and the Sub tasted nice. However.the Sub was not fully cut through half way which might sound petty but it is an issue if you are kind of eating on the go, and the top half of the Sub was so thin after cutting that the sauce with the meatballs was oozing out making it a very messy affair indeed. Room for improvement and/or better training and attention to detail needed.
