It’s always been a good subway, and I visit a few across Melbourne but this store is outstanding. Chris makes the greatest subways as well as being great at customer service. She guarantees income back every week. Well done Chris and the hoppers team. I’ll be back.

Been here many times. So glad it’s local to me. The staff are always so amazing and welcoming A family fave on a Saturday night at our house.

I ordered 6 cookies and asked for fresh ones. The cookies I got were yesterdays batch and so I called just to make a complaint. Gracie who served me told me she was happy for me to come in and get free 6 FRESH baked cookies. She made me a fresh batch. I was super happy with her service! Thankyou Gracie!

Very nice staff, very clean store and the food is always fresh. The best Subway I have ever been to. If your in the area and hungry for a subway this is the place.

This subway at hoppers crossing is consistently great at making sandwiches. I can see and feel the difference between their’s and when
Bc of travel have to buy elsewhere. Keep up the great work and pleasant greetings when entering.

Actually the best subway experience we've ever had! The 2 ladies that served us today were so efficient and made the best subs even wrapped napkins into the sub wrapper. Immaculate. Good job girls!

It is an older store with the tacky decor, but the ingredients are very fresh compared to other stores, and the staff here are wonderful.

Terrible service, went in there was 3 workers, no other customers in the store took at least 1min to be acknowledge and then ask to wait while the 3 worker stood around the corner laughing, 1 was on phone other 2 no idea, just can't believe how bad the customer service was.

I ordered a wrap on Uber eats and there was literally a chunk missing from the wrap and if I tried to pick it up it would fall apart. We contacted the store and the acting manager Jasmine was unhelpful and implied we were lying as she watched the wrap be wrapped apparently. I could not eat the wrap and ordered again from elsewhere. This is not the first time the food has been incorrect or shocking quality from this store. I have a photo of the wrap and have published it on the page for reference.

Why tf i gotta ask for chicken in my quesadilla that dummy has me eating a grilled onion sandwich

A a big fan of subway. Every shop every country I order the same. Footlong turkey, chedder cheese toasted with all salads, salt and pepper with southwest sauce. Believe me they are not all the same. It is an art and this place is the best!:). I returned the next day hoping to get the same sandwich maker she was busy and a young man made it.usually young ins are average but this guy made it just the same as the artist the day before. Thankfull I found you. And reasonably close to Melbourne base. Apprec8 ya!:).

I just love it specially I'm vegetarian so I love veggie paties sub it's very tasty and freshly made

I went here many times, the normal customer service was very good. But Brookes customer service let me feel bad. I think she was very tired. She throw away my notes as well

I had my Sub from this Team of Old Geelong Road Subway.
They make it mind Blowing every time.
This team was used to be in Tarneit’s Subway store near my house but don’t know why they are not there anymore. I miss you guys there.
Highly Recommend Restaurant for freshly made subs.
I wish i could give more stars to you peeps.
Whenever i eat my Sub from you guys you make the best of it.

I found it very good. Easy to order, plenty of parking, convenient location and excellent customer service.

Honestly the best Subway in all of the western suburbs! Always have a lot of ingredients on and a decent amount of meat. Orders are always perfect on Uber eats and even get extras sometimes. I now refuse to order from anywhere else as this is the only place I have never had issues with

Right now at 12: 20pm (March 13th, 2021), the two staff both kept busy preparing for some order. Neither they greeted us nor advised us of any wait time. We waited for 2 minutes and were surprised by this cold behaviour. And then we ourselves enquired to know how long will it take for them to attend us, the boy staff member said 1 or 2 minutes more. We still waited for 5 minutes.but they both were still busy talking to each other about their personal life matters and kept on their own work as if we customers didn't exist there. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME HOPPERS CROSSING SUBWAY! Manager please check CCTV camera footage.

We ordered a catering platter & got the date wrong. When we went to pick up the platter they went out of their way to make sure that we had lunch for all. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were fantastic, thank you

Service was great. Until I came to pay and I was served by an older woman, who then checks to see if my money was real that was the only thing that made me chuckle a bit other then that. Was a great service
