The staff needs training on health and safety, like cross contamination, asked for a wrap but was a square wrap pattie on one side and veggie on the other. Not recommended

I stopped in here, late Thursday afternoon
The girl could hardly speak a word of English and it was hard for me to explain to her that I was allergic to pepper
But we finally got past it, and I got my meal
Jumped into my truck drove off
Stopped for my break and found that the bread was completely stale.
Like hard stale.
How could you sell bread like this?

Wait times are ridiculous every single time. One staff member to serve 5 plus people waiting plus online orders that come through

Disgusting customer service and staff who should not be employed in the food industry. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere.

My experience here has always been great with the chubby bloke Tim, always makes me feel welcomed and makes the best subway, I get extra everything and everywhere else I go can’t seem to close it and when I eat it dosnt taste the best because it’s sloppy but when he does it for me it’s always perfect been coming here for 10 years and don’t want to go to another one best worker shout-out to Tim

I wish I had of read the reviews before ordering through menulog This is what I received wrong order and soggy abysmal state of a sandwich it went straight in the garbage bin won’t be ordering from menulog either deleted the App too always mess up our orders

Today morning (20/04/2022) I bought meal from this store around 8.30am and that staff who served me was very rude and irresponsible for my instructions about to make meal. She was really bad for this kind of business.
Please take action for this.

Staff is looking out of window at potential customer instead of serving the one’s already in que. Rude staff

Have gone there today 17 January 4.10 pm and the overweight guy who served me was really dirty and rude, they should definitely move this guy to somewhere else for cleaning purposes not serving food to people, won't recommend this place at all, he was servicing one other guy with no mask coz he was his mate. Also he was cleaning his sweating with the his hands wearing the same gloves he was making orders. Just horrible!

I had meatball footlong today and it was one of the worst subway i ever had.
Meatballs was not properly cooked and salad was not fresh at all.

This place has always been a bit underwhelming, but they've taken bad food to new levels now.
Bought a chicken bacon ranch melt and a 600ml coke and instead received an inedible, disgusting mess.
The sandwich had no cheese, so not a melt, and no ranch dressing, so definitely not a ranch melt, yet somehow it was so soggy that the bread had dissolved on the bottom. To add insult to injury, the bacon was cold and uncooked.
So, just a coke for lunch. The coke was warm. When you're this bad at what you do, why even open the doors? I certainly won't be going through them to risk food poisoning ever again.

Have gone there today 13 September 4.00 pm and the fat guy who served me was really dirty and rude, they should sake the guy, won't recommend this place, he was servicing 2 guys with no mask coz they were his mates

Had a fantastic family time sitting outside in the sun and having a relatively healthy sub with family.

Ordered a foot long meatball sub and it was horrible.some of the meatballs were dried and like a chalk. How can you make meatball which is supposed to be in sauce dry and burnt?

Ordered my sub, got to the salads and I noticed the lettuce was brown, not fresh and actually going off, I said to the young lady in front of her manger that lettuce is going off you should not serve that, her reply was I don't know, to my amazment, i said to her you should know your food safety. I told her to cancel the order and walked out. Never again eating from here, stay away they have no Idea.

Really dirty facilities and poor customer service. The lady with the pink hair was very rude and throughout the order kept making sounds of URGH. She did not hear my order clearly and I was belittled while doing it. Used to be a regular customer, not anymore

Entire restaurant completely filthy. Looks about 3years of crumbs and dirt on the floor and walls. How it's suitable to stay open and safe for food consumption is beyond me.

The place was disgusting and the staff were unhygienic as they didnt change thier gloves during covid-19

Have been to this store 2 times (never again) and on both occasions the staff were so rude! The older lady needs to learn how to smile, or even reconsider her future in hospitality- same goes for the other sad sandwich makers.wouldn’t recommend!
