30 My son loves the subway sandwich… we went today at Cranbourne west. We had extremely bad experience. We asked the girl named (kayala) who was serving us to pack sandwich separately as we sharing but she said she has to charge extra for that. Please trained your staff properly or this is any changes? She even not cut the sandwich properly even though she knows that kid is getting the subway sandwich.anyways she was in great rush to finish her job as she was keep looking at car park, she has less concentration on making sandwich.
This is disgraceful customer service for Hospitality business.
Sahil from the start was very welcoming, he was efficient and made the food with great care, and on top his mannerism was superb. Cheers Sahil will definitely be coming back sometime soon.
Ordered a 12 inch sub got a 6 inch instead tried to call took over 30 min to get thought and all they could say was sorry
Today at 12: 58pm, I ordered footlong Subway with avocado via subway app.
There were two Indian ladies serving the customers. The young lady was very rude as she missed to apply avocado paste and when I told her to add, she said that you have to mention it in the application separately and I showed her the application that this option is only available for extra avocado at extra cost of $2.50.
Subway with avo means that avocado needs to be added by default. Even understanding that this was her mistake, she was rude and didn't reply back to me and just went back to serve other customer.
Employees should be well trained on the menu and how to treat customers professionally.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Who ever the 2 ladies that worked on 14/03/23 are the most unhappy unpleasant people I ever dealt with.

Unprofessional way of serving food and communication, she had no idea what was going on because they were busy talking to each other in different language, i bought 3 sandwiches one with avocado and she charged me extra for all 3 of them when i asked her for receipt she hardly gave it to me, i have asked her for refund for those two without Avocado,
Other thing it looks like friends and family gathering and gossiping spot rather then subway shop.

Terrible store! Walk in and they are talking in their own language no customer service or regard at all. Then they say they have no meatballs. Honestly don't even bother at all
Terrible service from staff. Took phone call while serving me. No sauces, told me no mao. Ordered hot dog and was told no. Very rude girls. Never go back to that shop
Highly disappointed with this subway. Unprofessional staff. There was a girl working there with no sense of how to serve costumers and prepare food. Throwing the sub in the front desk as if she is the boss over you and you are just there to beg your food. No sense how to make the food coughing on the food, also making the sub without the gloves on. Her name tag was not there. When asked her name she Rudely reply some name which was hard to get. I think she said jasleen. Never gonna visit the store. Worst store in the area.
Ordered two wraps, took her about 10 minutes to make, she was moving like a sloth, talking to her coworker, couldn’t even fold it properly, she gave me a taco, i recall asking for two wraps not tacos, this isn’t taco bell, i think she is working at the wrong place. This was very disappointing.
Most appauling service. Throwing food onto rolls with no care. Putting cold chicken on.i had to ask for it to be microwaved. Slapping food on bench. Not even asking what i wanted. Pretty much would have done better serving myself
Terrible customer service, partner made a mistake on the app. Called the store immediately Staff told us to do it online, tried to can't do it. Called back, was told call back later. Spoke to manager who said they can't do anything. Very disappointing for such a simple request.
Staff who was making my sandwiches, frequently touching her mask and preparing roll with same hands then pulled her mask down and started to cough on my food. I hardly stopped myself to tell her about food handling, practices especially during covid outbreak time and salad from sandwiches was falling all around. Such a bad experience first time. I went to this subway around 8 o'clock Thursday the 14th of jan 2021.the service that was provided by a guy with long brown hair and by a girl with dark skin was amazing. I can't thank them both enough especially the guy for his amaizng service. The sub its self was quite nice. He put a great amount of salads, meat (even asked if you wanted double) and was toasted well too. Excellent work to both but particular the guy who deserves to read this review.
Whole family had a unique opinion about this Subway- stingy. We've been to this certain store many times, however this occasion was watered down by the staffs stinginess. I am not saying this store is bad, in fact it's been reliable every single time I've been but i must address this occasion as a very unexpected and unpleasant seed in a rather nice watermelon.
The quality standard of this subway is far much better than other subways in this area. Staff was really professional. Both of the girls working today were excellent in their work, especially the girl with specs. 5 cheers to you guys. Thanks.

Nowhere near as good as it was, the young people who work there put no care into making your order so you are always telling them to fix them
They will ask if you want salt and pepper, does not matter what your reply is, they just put it on any way
Yummy sandwiches made perfect and ladies working were so respectful, patient and sweet thankyou ladies
