2Worst customer service ever. I don’t understand why female staff is so rude. The sub was not packed well, also avocado was looking old and was changing colour to black. Not recommended.
The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The ladies on today 7th of November at 12: 00.
I asked the lady with blonde hair and glasses for a cheese and garlic sandwich add avocado and told her I was happy to pay extra for the avo I then got a disgusting response. She then rolled her eyes when I said is it hat hard? And chucked the sandwich over the counter at me and walked off to leave the TRAINEE to fix it. I felt sorry for the poor trainee who didn’t need to see the other worker training her in such bad form!
Please please do not go here. This was the worst fast food customer service I have ever experienced and will not come back to the Cranbourne park shopping centre Subway.
