8Ordered a Meatball Melt Sub with two cookies and a Coke bottle from this place. They almost gave my order to the wrong person (which, it's a bit funny, tbh). The place did look a bit clean when I entered it. The food itself is just meh. The cookies tasted decent, although it was weird that they were falling apart when I grabbed them out of the paper bag. The sub was disappointing, though. The bread was a bit soggy from being next to the bottle of Coke. The meatballs and the sauce taste ok. But I was a bit unhappy when I found out they put cucumber in my sub even though I order the sub without any veggies from Subway App. I'm pretty certain that I didn't order cucumbers on my Sub. Overall, just an another unremarkable Subway restaurant. I would recommend going to a one of other 7 Subway restaurants.
I have been here a few times and love it.although they only have one staff on sometimes but she is so nice. I mostly have southern style sub and it is great.highly recommend
Server had no idea what they were doing, just me in the store and still took ages, order ended up being wrong and got overcharged
Absolutely disgusting, staff here are completely rude, giving out completely different orders to what is listed on delivery orders, overall atmosphere is disgusting
I’ve been to this Subway twice in the last couple of weeks, and both times have left me impressed. The food here is consistently fresh and delicious. On my last visit, there was a small mix-up with my order, but the staff was incredibly friendly and quickly replaced it. They even gave me some cookies as a gesture of goodwill.
During my recent visit, despite the place being busy, the staff maintained their friendliness and efficiency. I appreciate the great service and tasty food. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
If i wanted a completely mangled sandwhich i would've just made it myself and rolled over it with my 4x4 in the driveway. Looked like it went 3 rounds with spanian
I have had the weirdest experience at this subway twice now, the first time was a week ago and a young girl emily accidentally put her whole pony tail into my sandwhich! I was willing to let this slide but I went back again today and in general staff were unprofessional as they were playing on chairs and yelling out to customers one boy put his phone across the bench into cookie station. I won’t be returning.
Appalling Customer Service and food!
After ordering food via the app I arrived 10 minutes after the food was to be ready for pick up. I stood at the pick up point for click and collect for 10 minutes while the two employees served other people, even while people were paying, the employees looked at me but continued to ignore me.
Finally I was asked how they could help to find out that they never received my order, so I showed the employee the e-receipt and she took a photo of it and said she could make it now.
I should of asked for a refund instead as:
Wrong bread on one sub
No honey mustard on either
No double meat on one sub
Only two cookies, paid for 4.
I could accept the computer glitch with the order, what I got upset about is being ignored for 10 minutes and then when trying to make my order they completely stuffed it up.
