Cleanest subway I've seen by far, friendly staff and the best perfectly folded wrap I've had. I suggest if you order a wrap don't go ridiculous and get every salad and double meats, because the staff find it very hard to wrap it up without it breaking! Im a current subway employee and I know for a fact its very hard to fold without breaking!

I dont always like subway, but the Queen Street Subway is the best there is. The food is truly better by a long shot. Never shirt staffed. And the staff are always super kind. Subway goals.

Usual the same as most of these places except the young woman that manages it has got so much energy. I know it is going to be clean and efficient so is my preferred Subway in the city.

Always clean, friendly manager, well-trained staff. Sandwiches are consistently high quality.

Friendly and clean Subway store. There are closer ones to my work but this one is worth walking an extra way to get to because they make you feel welcome.

Came her for JUST a subway, but was blown away by outstanding customer service. The guy at the counter was an absolute GEM and the co-worker (girl- Chloe) was great too. But me and my 8 year old was bit sad that she (Chloe) didn't sing a song for us! Lol!
Still the best in CBD! Will definitely come back again to this outlet for SUBWAY food!

They had about 4 different people make the sandwich at various stages so I was asked often what I wanted on it. Overall very good.but maybe less people handling the sandwich.

They mix non veg and veg. They did not change change gloves. It not good for vegetarian people. I saw it. I have to come back without taking food.
It so bad customers service

Didn’t think I could ever give a Subway four stars, but this one has just been refurbished and full of fresh stock and even fresher still keen staff. Best made subs from the mammoth chain.

Had a great experience of having my sandwich and wrap prepared with a good standard:) Perfect amount salad, sauce etc! Also the store is clean! Well done! Keep it up!

Best subway in the Melbourne CBD. Always fresh, they actually give you a nice amount of ingredients and the service is lovely too. Rar is especially great and always makes the best sandwiches!

Wow, I have never ever experienced such a great service like this Subway. As a big fan of subway sandwich I have visited many subway but I was impressed by wonderful service of people working here. Even I had sandwich as I always wanted to have. Thank you for great service. Keep up doing good work.

There was a girl named Dhruti working in subway.she was very rude to coustmer and I found her very impolite.she should have some sense that how to talk with coustmers and give good service.very disappointed from her. It was second time today I visited there and she was rude.if she can’t work happily so go your home

Subway has always been my healthy, fast, go to meal place. Subway is always super busy when I visit, but usually the employees are quick and speedy about getting people in and out. I like that you can build your own sandwich if you want, places like Firehouse Subs only give specific sandwich options. All of the ingredients are super fresh and I have never had a bad sandwich from Subway.

Young Indian girl working here, very rude and yelling at me after I asked for my sub to be toasted. Proceeded to point to the door yelling at me saying I was being rude disrespectful. Said I was talking about her in another language over the phone. Disgusting people. If this is the subway standard it’s very disgusting.

One minute before closing time on Friday arvoband Subway were still happy to unpack and take my order.

I love the customer service, it was super friendly and the store was pretty hygienic and clean. I have become a regular for that reason:)
