Completely overcharged. It genuinely seemed like she was guessing how much to charge me because she didn’t at all follow the combo deals and stuff that I specifically asked for multiple times. I triple checked the price with her after getting my receipt and she ended up giving me $1.50 back. Her reasoning as to why the price was what it was made 0 sense. She was nice enough though and I didn’t want to get too frustrated at her so I said my Thankyous and just walked away. A meal that should have costed maximum $30 ended up being $55 ouch!

Possibly the most unwelcoming area in Dandenong. Just drug addicts and muslims everywhere blocking your store and making everyone uncomfortable by not moving. Put this is the market at least. But here where the honeless sleep is not good. I walk to centre everytime just to avoid this store thats 1 street away from me

Messes up our Uber eats order every single time. When we call they just say “call Uber for refund”
They need to take more accountability for mistakes. And make sure the staff are doing there jobs properly.
Lady who answered the phone was very rude.

Today I took 2 foot long veggie patty, I found hair in one the foot long when iam nearly finishing, I called to that place, old lady answered the phone, told it will happen time to time, if u want u can get one free. When I went there she asked for remaining food, since it was nearly done, nothing was there, she rudely scrabled the cover, asked where is it. I told I found only in the last bite, I said I dont mind paying again, the hygiene and customer response is worst there, no one wear head cover to protect hair fall, I wonder how dandenong council is not checking these things, worst place, I never go again.

Hardly any fillings provided, had to ask specifically to add more. Worst subway experience

They take Offers here but lady didn't know about my free snack so I told her and waited for it.

They to 2 for $16 subs here after 6pm.

Didn’t get to read her name but when she made my toastie she was so rough and rude! The bread stuck to the paper and she ripped it off

Very bad customer service by the store owner/manager. Didn't ask if I want to grill my wrap. When I asked her to grill the wrap, she responded rudely teaching me the procedure.

On the other hand, the staff is very nice and polite. Will avoid this person by all means.

Starting to look sad but still quality sandwich s that are competing with more traditional middle east food, still better presented then them.

Thanks for cheering me up with your good food after I had to walk here after my car broke down. Great service guys

Since last two weeks Cat served me. 5 star for her service. She makes really good subs awesome skills

Very slow, there was only one guy there at lunch time.he was trying to do 2 to 3 order at a time.still it tool 15 for me to get my food.he seem to be more polite and nice to white people then others considering.the place was not very clean either.not going to go there again.and I always wondered why there was not much of rush there like any other subways.

Made an order online, order got confirmed by restaurant. Never got delivered and never answered the phone when we tried to call.

The girl making sub today has no idea about customer service, no smile at all, bad experience, disappointed.

Ordered via uber eats when received my order it was open in a bag no seal on top plus didn't mention which which one is with which stuff.

After deliberating the concept of a 'Tuna Sub' for < 6 months, the right time struck today (lunch time). I came across this small subway on a work trip, nicely tucked in the corner of a busy highway, parking lot was a huge bonus and allowed me not to feel rushed while making my sandwich filling decisions. The decision had already been made (tuna), with all the salads except for green capsicum (yuck). Bread was so fresh, fillings were crispy fresh (good lettuce esp.) and VERY generous on the olives and pickles. Such a well balanced meal, all of the good flavours. Highly recommend coming here for a tuna sub! As a first time tuna sub eater, I would say you won't come out disappointed.

Just your regular Subway, but access is convenient and there's plenty of parking. The food is fresh and the staff are nice and friendly.

One of the best Subways I been to there was a very Mature lady by the name of DEB she had the most best customer servicing I have seen in a long time her manager should be proud of her work ethic and service as its very hard to find service like this now days keep up the great work DEB looking foward to seeing u next time

Not bad but hygiene could be better. The thongs they use is stored in a very yucky looking water/fluid. Looks disgusting.

I went there early in the morning and owners were opening up the store, inspite being so early they welcomed me so well and prepared my brekkie with excellent stuff.
