Disappointing experience from the service team. No call on car to update on what was required to be repaired. Only told once it came time to pay leaving no time to correct what was required. Car was not ready at requested pick up time. Service book not stamped and signed off even though complete set of books were in glove box. I was very disappointed as previously I have had much better service.
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Subaru Glen Waverley. Everything from the time I made my first query online, through to making an appointment for a test drive and then actually buying my new car was an absolute pleasure thanks to Michael and Sam. Michael made sure I knew absolutely everything I needed to know so I felt completely comfortable in making my purchase. Sam made the purchasing process very easy, and both made my time feel valued and appreciated. I am extremely happy with my purchase and recommend Subaru Glen Waverley to anybody in the market for a Subaru.

From the moment we called Suburu Glen Waverley we found them to be professional. We spoke to Louis and he was a treat to deal with. So easy to talk too and he answered all our questions without hesitation. His emails and text messages were always prompt and anything we threw at him he was more than happy to go above and beyond for us. We then drove down to meet him and from walking into the Suburu we were greeted with smiles and felt welcome. From start to finish we could not have asked for a better experience. Upgraded my Outback to 2023 XT model and once again received outstanding service from Shri and Sam. Both are an asset to the company. Sam is so helpful with getting the loan sorted and extremely talented and I really appreciate his financial advice. Shri is hands down the best salesperson I have ever come across. His knowledge is praiseworthy and he puts you at ease right from the first conversation you have with him. I travel more than 150kms to come to Glen Waverly Subaru but wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have had a wonderful experience from enquiring about buying a vehicle, the vehicle purchasing experience, finance to the after-sales support. This is mainly thanks to Shri. Shri embodies exceptional customer care. He went above and beyond. I definitely recommend.
Alright let me put it this way, I made an appointment with them to check the engine noise in a month (which was fine) and today I had another mechanic looked at my car because the noise is getting worse and I dropped in to share the opinion with them (to make their work easier). When I showed the receptionist the report he responded in a patronizing tone: ‘Well this is why we've booked a time to check your engine, Subaru won't accept any report by any third parties but only our guys, have I said this enough? Will you come back in a few days again? " That kind of attitude, like educating a child. Well I think as a customer I have the right to express my concerns and what I need is nothing but an honest conversation, but the receptionist kept talking over me and just trying to palm me off. I've been to many Subaru service centres across Australia and this is the worst experience I ever had. I also take care of many patients every day and I surely know what the average customer service level should be like in Australia. Will never trust them with my Subaru again.

Service provided by Michael was supportive, with no pressure to buy now. Michael also had spport from the dealership manager to ensure our needs could be met within our time frame.
Staff are polite and welcoming. Dealt with Rakesh, he was accommodating, helpful and easy going. Overall it was a great experience and left feeling excited about getting a new car!

Firstly, thankful that they accepted my broken down car on Friday, even though they are fully booked.
Secondly, the service adviser explained clearly what's the issue, what to do next, estimated cost & etc. He was very upfront the car most likely only be available for collection after Christmas.
Thirdly, when collecting the car after New Year, he went thru' what's done on the car & etc.
Throughout the 4 weeks, Michael (Service Adviser) has been very direct, factual and provides straightforward answers to my queries.
