Considering we have been having problems with my temperature sensor for 18 months C. J.and his team at Subaru Geelong have been excellent in the way they have handled this matter and supported us along the journey.

Professional and punctual, Subaru Geelong advised of any future work that needed doing and I booked the car in for tyre change, brushes and Air con, to be completed in January 2024

We bought a dealer demo Outback recently, and are really pleased. Not just with the car, but also with the salesman Daniel. He was patient, honest and fair. No pushy sales tactics, no hard sells.

Drop off and pickup were quick. Car was clean. Everyone was easy to deal with. What's not to like! Will be back again.

Recently visited the dealership to purchase an Outback. Ewan was attentive and helpful. No pressure in selling me a car. At time to purchase was a seamless transfer to Daniel who took care of the leasing arrangements. Thanks for your help guys

Have been going here for 5 yrs. I am Very happy with all areas of service. Customer service and the car service itself.

They didn’t check the number that their customer gave to them and ended up using my uber account to call their customer an uber. Also has been sending me notifications to review their company even though uber has already told them it’s not ‘Peter’ account.

Have always had a good experience with this dealership. Will find and fix issues other dealerships won’t.

Vehicle was scheduled for K25 service.unplanned need for urgent dental treatment arose, service crew were able to complete the service in time for my appointment to be attended. Very much appreciated.

Service was carried out within the estimated time and at a very reasonable price, they even removed a small scratch on a door, thanks again

Had to queue outside Subaru Geelong on one of the busiest roads in town waiting for gates to be opened, along with several other cars (maybe have a staff member start 15mins early and finish 15mins early to avoid this dangerous situation) ; they didn’t have my details ready despite calling the day before to explain I needed to get to work (yet all of the other customers did) ; I received a call a few hours later to say that there were some expensive things to fix ($900+) on top of the $800+ service cost and had zero empathy of that impact given the current economic climate; they called to say it was ready to pick up, yet when I got there it was still being “cleaned”, however there were so many smudge marks I had to clean it again so I could see clearly out of the windows. Very disappointed with the service level on this visit and will unlikely return.

Outback booked in serviced, washed and interior cleaned. Courtesy ride home and courtesy Uber pick up get back to service center. Very happy.

I didn’t really need convincing but the service I received was friendly and helpful without being pushy. A very positive experience.

Whilst always happy with the servicing of my vehicle as it's usually a one-stop-shop for everything, was a little disappointed my puncture and high beam could be fixed all on the same day.
