Delighted with the experience I had from Ayman and the rest of the Subaru Essendon team. Despite the unfortunate circumstances I experienced resulting in the need for a new car, the team were very patient and allowed me to secure a MY24 Crosstrek in the model type and colour I wanted (which, by the way, is an amazing car). Ayman was very helpful, courteous, knowledge and explained everything I needed to know in a very straightforward manner, from the test drive to the delivery of the car. Would definitely recommend him and the rest of the team!

Subaru Essendon Fields is a fantastic dealership. It is nicely presented and has a comfortable visitor area where you can watch cars being serviced whilst waiting. The staff are very professional and welcoming. They are so lucky to have Andy Dang as a sales consultant. Andy was very meticulous in covering all the features of the Subaru Outback and made it easy for me to feel comfortable test driving and then purchasing my new car. The service is great when you don't have to go home and try work out all the features and how to use them. Andy set it up ready to drive away with my personal profile and explained how to adjust the controls on the digital display. I have had a fantastic experience on multiple occasions with the team as Essendon Subaru.
I unfortunately cracked my windscreen Friday last week.
The team were able to fit me in asap plus they were super competitive and honest around pricing which was a huge bonus.
George was great and even organised an Uber home for me after dropping my car off. I will, without a doubt, continue to use them for servicing.

I'm using subaru imprez and that's my favourite car. I bought that car from essandon subaru in the last of February 2022.
I went to essendon subaru on the 6th of January for servicing of my car. I left my car there at 10: 30am and i got email from esandon subaru about what they need to replace in the car. According to my receipt they replaced glass rubber, and did normal service and i paid AUD347.79. I think, When they replaced glass rubber they scratched my car. And when i went to the essandon subaru to pickup my car it was not washed and i requested supervisor about car washing and he told another staff to was my car and i did wait more than two hours in the showroom. Moreover, when i was on the way back to home, air pressure light was showing up on the display and i went to fuel station and fill up the air. Therefore, when I bought brand new car there was scratches on all windows and i went back to the showroom after 2 weeks and they said they replace all windows glasses in next services. But they did fake promise and they replaced all of the windows after 11 months. Lastly, i love subaru but I'm not satisfied with the staff and work of esaandon showroom.
I hope you will think something about my view and car.

I went into Subaru Essendon Fields recently for the third recall in 5 years on a 2017 Impreza. If this wasn't of a concern enough, after the recall was fixed, I was given a quote for $1400 to replace another part that had broken and affected the engine and would mean the car would 'drive rough'. It also meant the Eyesight system would no longer work and when I asked how this could happen to a car bought brand new only five years ago, I was told it was because I'd only had 2 services in that time (this included 2 yrs of lockdowns). So apparently, because I don't drive a lot and only have 34,000 kms on the vehicle, I was still supposed to get a service every 12 months rather then the number of kms written on the sticker, the one that says 'date' OR 'kms', and therefore the part breaking was my fault. I found it difficult to give this review a one-star. Very disappointed and I know my next car will not be another Subaru.
