Subaru Doncaster (Service)

Staff was very nice and courteous. Service was quick. Got satisfactory answers to my questions.

The service staff were very friendly and professional helpful explaining everything to me as it was the 1st service to my outback Ash looked after me and once completed explaining all what was done great team work see you at the next service.

Very prompt and thorough repair given the sudden nature of my car's problems. Thank you.

Friendly customer service people. Car always comes back feeling like the day it came off the showroom floor.

Everythings was good excepted cleaning, after the car service, I have found out the A column and gear stick have some oil on that, luckly it could cleaned by wipes.

Was told my service would take an hour if I booked at 8.00am so could bring my 1 year old to wait around. When I arrived t 8.03am I was told 'I was late' so it would now take longer. I was now stuck, as no one with a car seat could pick me up and had to wait around for 3 hours with a toddler missing a nap. I understand things change but there was no symphony, apologies for the misinformation or attempt to make things easier. Considering the great service we received from subaru when we purchased feel like that's gone as soon as the new car is driven off the lot.

My experience with Subaru Doncaster for the 12 mth / 12500 km capped price service was very good, with the Forester being washed and internally cleaned as well. Also, I was advised by SMS that it was ready for collection ahead of the promised time.

Had my car serviced a few days back, best service ever, they really took care of me and kept me notified of service’s progress. Ash was friendly and helpful

Booked in for a service, confirmed age/kilometres when they received it in. Confirmed their ‘capped price’ (which is misleading) at $320ish, which is expensive already.
Only to be told it’ll be $500 as it needed the coolant done as part of the service
This isn’t the first time Subaru entrap you once they have the car. It’s not like it was a recommendation, like their $180 wiper blade replacement (literally a 2minute Job,)

Plus I pick up the car and they haven’t even washed it.

A better customer experience would have been to acknowledge they had confirmed the wrong service, and done the coolant gratas.

I’m fussy when it comes to my car as it’s vital to have a reliable car for every day.
The staff are always very helpful and friendly and have a good knowledge of my car and our needs. They have on a few occasions gone above and beyond to make sure it’s 100%. Great communication and always willing to do the little extras that others don’t. Well done ladies.

The guys at Subaru Doncaster Service were awesome this morning. We dropped the vehicle off for it’s first service and required a loan vehicle.

I was pleasantly surprised to be given a brand-new Forester Sport for the day. My vehicle was returned nice and clean. Extremely great service all round.

I don’t live close, but it was truly well worth the drive. Will definitely return for all future servicing.

I was so impressed with my first service experience at Subaru Doncaster! Ebony was welcoming, knowledgeable, fast and efficient and I got the impression nothing was too much trouble including offering me a lift in the rain and moving around the order of my service to help me. I’ve had good service at a competitor car dealer in the past, but it didn’t compare to Subaru Doncaster, Ebony and the team. Thank you all!

Would rate it 10/10 if I could - friendly, quick, professional, and flexible. Ebony (who was the staff member who helped me) was absolutely stellar, made the experience a breeze.

Noticeable improvement in engine performance once again after 6 month service. Great service! The online report and communication of details carried out during the service is appreciated as well as the call from the service manager upon completion of the service.

It was a warranty replacement for a broken item. I was told at most 2 hours, at the 2 hour mark it wasn't ready it took another 20 minutes. They never seem to be able to tell the time correctly, have had this happen often and also promised a courtesy car that then isn't there when we arrive to collect it. Not a greatly run service centre.

When my car broke down just before Christmas Doncaster Subaru Service sorted things out immediately - a quick repair and Christmas was saved!
