STYLE ME OVER

Orders something on the 23rd September and no sign of the goods or refund. Several emails later I get a condescending email saying that it’s on back order completely ignored my request for a refund. NEVER again I have escalated this, buyers beware!

I have been following Mel and SMO for a number of years now. I must say during covid the lives that Mel was doing were the only girly thing I looked forward to in a house full of boys!
Now I have joined the SMO club and the knowledge and positive energy this women has is mind-blowing.
Thanks Mel for all the laughs and honest guidance, all while being a Mum and wife yourself!
Also the exceptional quality in the products you sell is never a disappointment when delivered.

Does not allow for exchanges when purchasing online. So if the size is not right bad luck for you! Happy to take the money though! Very disappointing.

My go-to boutique for my styling needs, the quality of their garments are top-notch and sizing is accurate. Great customer service and a hassle-free returns process, the highlight of my week is waiting for the new collection to drop. They cater for all shapes and sizes and Melina's Monday try-ons are a bonus as she explains how to dress for your body and how to achieve wardrobe diversity. My fave online store by far.

Please be aware in my experience, all 3 items I purchased on line, were over sized.

Whilst the receipt and follow up emails clearly state they will refund ALL items if unhappy…. Be aware this is not the case!

In actual fact all I originally asked for was exchanges for smaller sizes. This was denied.
(They don’t offer exchange.)

I was told that consumers must read all the fine print on the FAQ page. And they have not updated their receipts and emails - “but have been meaning to”.

Note, it also took multiple emails, Fb Messages and voice mail messages - before I even manages to speak to a human. I am still waiting for resolution / permission to send items back (indeed at my expense) …. However now very concerned that it will be dragged out to negate the 14 day refund / return policy.

Style Me Over Rep will however speak to you like you are a small child.

I absolutely love SMO! I found them online last year and the team and Melina are great. I love that they have larger sizes so I can get all the current styles to fit me. Quality is always great and the shipping is always in a timely manner (except when Aus Post is overwhelmed but that's not their fault). I love that Melina does videos where she tries on the clothes because you get a better feel for the quality and sizing. I haven't had to return anything due to wrong sizing and I've made a few orders with them! I will continue to use them as my go to place for fashion! I hope to visit the shop one day as I am a Melbourne girl!

The team at Style Me Over are exceptional especially during the past 18 months while COVID-19 has been around. With lockdown after lockdown, they are still running the business online. Having sales, special days, free shipping at times too. Refunds also on fully priced clothing, read T&C. When the boutique is allowed to open, they follow strict COVID-19 rules.
