I have had Ian and the Stuff that works team, assist our business and home computer, IT support and general tech needs since 2016. Everything from setting up laptops and printers, to connections to wireless systems, troubleshooting, spam settings and far too many “Ïan my stuff don’t work fix it” phone calls!

I have had them home visit and attend their very impressive offices. They have set up our Macbooks and Dell laptops, connect Apple iphones to access both personal and business email, set up Microsoft and gmail accounts all knowing that I can call, book and request work and it is seamlessly done.

They are prompt, professional, friendly and so lovely to work with. So attentive and ensure the client is happy! As a business when internet goes out, poor connection or you can’t function it is devastating for business owners.

Ian and his team have now set up and installed a Installed Ubiquiti network wireless system in house Unifi access points (we have a home office and a mobile business) to give us wireless coverage from the front of the house, upstairs out to the workshops, better signal and minimum to NO drops outs.

We had a new modem area installed with all the connections and cables run too. Installed high on a wall out of the way and out of sight. We live in a local metro suburb but our coverage is terrible, often dropping to 3g and even on wireless our calls and connections would drop out.

Our system is secure with the cyber security they have installed, the antivirus protection and data backup systems. During lockdown, so much more spam came through and the team jumped on through Team Viewer and had my settings updated and strengthened within minutes.

They have on more than 1 occasions et up our printers, connected to the wireless system and even explained and set up the scanning functionality! Nothing is too much trouble!

For small business owners, sole traders they have amazing packages and assistance to work in with your budget and project expenses. They also service a number of large organisations, charities, accountancies and real estate companies ensuring their clients always have the latest technologies and protection.

I can’t recommend the team more highly. I was surprised that I had not given a review already because their service is far and beyond any experience I have had in business or when I was working in corporate for 17 years. They are amazing. Great to support a local company here in Melbourne too!

Ian and his team installed Microsoft 365 and upgraded all our email accounts to sync perfectly.
We are a medical distribution company so it was important to us to have fast and reliable IT support.
Even though we are based in WA Ian was able to perform this remotely without a problem.
He even gave all our staff a tutorial on the new system and has made himself available to answer questions that we weren't sure of.
