We're closing on our first month using Studio hawks services, whilst it's been a short amount of time, having a direct SEO specialist to work with has been the best experience. With the previous agency King Kong, we felt like we didn't know what we were getting for our money. We now have Nathan for our account, he is by far the best SEO agent we've ever worked with, he's incredibly professional, knows the answer to every single one of our questions and he's always very transparent on what we're getting out of our monthly payments.

He's an asset and it almost feels like he's apart of the team, always very quick to respond to our questions on slack, he's all about up skilling the team in house so he can work on the technical aspects of our goal. In just a short amount of time were already feeling a lot better and can see a path to our goals.

For anyone looking to onboard with an agency, Studio Hawk is the place if you want results and want to learn more about what can be done in house. Brilliant service and experience.

Was very happy up until I wanted to leave. The office manager informed me about 60 days notice which was buried in the terms and conditions and they never verbally mentioned it, which would have been ok except she almost burst with the happiness in her voice when she said thats why you should read the terms and conditions, in almost like a haha type way. Which I was also fine to move on from. The issue that pushed me over the edge was a big part of the rest of the contract ($1100) was doing an audit. I said that is of no use to me unless they share it. Which they didnt. They said they would, and I followed up months later and didnt get a reply. Plus they also swapped me from a senior SEO client manager to someone else and didn't tell me. If the manager wasn't so ready to rub the contract in my face and got the audit that I paid for I wouldn't have any problems. Seemed like nice enough people but when they say haha you have to pay and then dont give you what you pay for, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
