I honestly have no words, Hala has been amazing from start to finish. She brought our vision to life without us having to say a word. She provided us with everything we asked for and more. I cannot thank the Studio Zeny team enough for all of their help as I established my business. I opted for their business builder package and everything was covered from A to Z! From assistance in the registration process to photography and website design. They were so consistent and concise with me every step of the way. I did the power of social media workshop and it was amazing. Hala is such a knowledgeable, patient and informative teacher. I left the session so well prepared and motivated to boost my social accounts organically, with a game plan of how to do it. She also provided me with a booklet that has helpful insights, tips and worksheets designed to help guide me through the processes. She went above and beyond to not only make me feel incredibly welcome and looked after, but showed genuine interest in helping me to grow and expand my business. She tailored content to some of my initial concerns and queries, and provided me feedback based on my actual socials. Hala is attentive to details Nd goes above and beyond to provide you with immaculate services, knowledge and the tools you need to drive your companies growth. I'm still waiting for your phone call.

I came to your studio on the 16th of March in North Melbourne to chat about your social media packaging and I agreed of paying you $1099 on the spot with your promise that all my social media (2 Instagram accounts, Facebook and TikTok) were going to be managed by you following your strategy.

In the package called “Melbourne” that you have on your website you include a 2hrs photoshoot, 6 static posts per week per month, 7 story posts a week per month and 3 reels monthly on both Instagram and Facebook.

I feel very uncomfortable because after I paid you, I had to chase you to get the services your studio offers and so far, I only received a portion of what I paid you for.

I was super excited about this collaboration with your studio and really wanted to keep going for a long time to see the benefits of your strategy.

Lastly, I came to the decision to leave this review and that I receive the services that I paid for. It seems fair what I am asking.

Then I will be more than happy to change this review.

Wow! Where do I start? Studio Zeny is such a beautiful open artistic space, and the incredible woman behind the camera is not only super talented, but is also so warm and welcoming.
