My 16 year old daughter recently had her hair highlighted for the first time. Natalie explained everything clearly at the start, including the cost so there was no unexpected surprises. She said that there would be no need to pre-lighten my daughter's dark hair so that her burgundy foils would show up. And true to her word, the colour came up beautifully. My daughter is super happy with her new colour. Thank you Natalie! We will be back!

Another happy note is that Natalie is open on Mondays, while many hairdressers are not. Perfect if you don't work Mondays:)

Went in with a disaster of a hair situation. Was explained the process in great detail and the realistic time frame it would take to get my hair back to a healthy and manageable state. Was very patient with me and my needs. Will be returning to continue my hair care.

I have chemically straightened my hair a few times with Natalie and love it.
After straightening my hair, I just wash it and it is straight forever. I just come back to touch up the roots.

I was here today after reading all the reviews because my usual barber is away on holidays. She finished my haircut in less than 10 mins and it was the most average haircut I’ve ever had. And $30 for an average haircut? Not happy.

All I can say is WOW Nat you are magic with your skills I always feel like a queen when I leave I have been going to Nat for years now how ever I moved away and tried I new hairdresser who completely ruined my hair I called Nat who was able to fit me In quickly a 45 min drive later she worked her magic and made me feel amazing again no matter where I am I will always be coming to nat best hairdresser in Australia x

Firstly I am not a relative, acquaintance or friend and have always paid by card. Nat is a fabulous hairdresser and I was lucky to get in today because of a cancellation. As usual She gave me a great haircut and her professional advice and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I also have a habit of sometimes not wanting my hair dried off, especially in summer, so she always asks. Give her a try, you won’t regret it.
