My son asked the lady not to cut his fringe short so she cut it short and on a angle. She scratched his neck when trimming the back and took a chunk out of his hair just behind the ear. Although the staff were friendly I will not be going back as they don't listen to what you want.

The lady did my hair was so professional but the service was not what I wanted and asked. I wanted half head foil balayage, but ended up getting full head of foils from the top, spent 300$ and 3 hours of my time, for something that I don’t like.

Paige was absolutely amazing! I went in for my first hair cut in over 3 years and I was definitely feeling anxious about getting a haircut. Paige made me feel so reassured and comfortable, communicated with me continuously about how much she was cutting and if I was liking it, listened to what I wanted, gave me great advise on how to keep my hair healthy, and was overall such a sweet and lovely person. The whole team was so friendly and welcoming and I couldn't recommend Studio Hair Pro enough. Thank you Paige and the whole team.

The best place to go for your usual cut. Super friendly team who always go above and beyond for their customers. Very highly recommend for everyone.

Just 2 Suggestion
First have price list, when I booked I was told A price then after the service a different price.
Second just let Customers know before the Service that the Efpost Machine not working and only Cash Service All Customers were asked to go get Cash out after the Service, if I knew before hand I could have change the Appointment

A LAST RESERVE OPTION - only visit if you have 3 hrs to spare. The other hairdresser at stud park is much much better l, ALL ROUND

They took me in at short notice to straighten my hair up. They were friendly and professional. Would recommended this salon to any one.

I sat down on the bench outside the store to wait in line, with 2 people ahead of me. After waiting 20 minutes with no queue progress I just left. This was on a Tuesday at 2PM.
I don't know if they take appointments, but I won't be in a hurry to go back.

Terrible Experience. Went for a trim. They cut off about 3 inches (Too Much) and then the right side was about 4 inches higher again. Worst haircut i have ever had. I was so upset i cried. I contacted the owner JOE who hesitated to tell me his name and thought i was rude for asking. I didnt want to go back to the shop as i was upset, 2 young kids at home with me and didn't want them going near my hair again. They refused to give me an email to send them the pictures. Refused any refund. I cant believe he was so abusive to me when i was a complaining customer. DONT USE THIS HAIRDRESSER.
