Went here for my first cut in Oz. Nameer and his partner are one of the best barber out there around Lygon. They are kind, friendly, and ofcourse professional. The price is reasonable and quite cheap for those around brunswick, lygon, and carlton. Will come back here for my second cut.

I've been coming here for 5 years and it's always a great experience. Come for the haircut but stay for the conversation. I am sadly moving interstate and will greatly miss everyone at 434. All the best guys

I popped in to get a haircut while in the area & the owner advised me that I had been to the establishment once before 20 years prior.
What a memory! He is most likely correct as I lived walking distance from the shop at the time. How funny - he is also very entertaining, provides coffee & its a fun experience being in the Barbershop.

Recently moved to Melbourne and was in need of a new barber. Met Nameer at 434d lygon and he was an absolute legend. Attention to detail was on point and he’s super friendly so the chit chat doesn’t feel like a chore like at a lot of the other barbers. 10/10 would recommend.

Nameer and his colleague who sometimes works there are both highly skilled, professional barbers who charge very reasonable prices compared to the usual hipster nonsense elsewhere. The business is a throwback to old school barber shops, where conversation is constant and people walk in and jump into the discourse instantly. Good place, great owner, excellent haircuts.
