7Great service, I brought an intro offer. Unfortunately after one class I caught a bad cold. Studio 3 was lovely about it and extended the intro offer so I didn't miss out.
Sarah's aerial classes are sooo much fun and engaging! L've been going to Sarah's classes for nearly a year now and each class has been tailored so well that it meets everyones needs and skill level. Sarah is very attentive and professional.l definitely will recommend her classes, it's fun, engaging and beginner friendly:)
I love aerial yoga at studio 3. Sarah and Kody are brilliant and supportive teachers. Sarah combines ab and strength work into a yoga flow supported in the soothing hammock, kody is gently challenging and gives options for different levels of ability. I love their aerial yoga classes fundamentals flow and intermediates challenges.
I've been a member since October 2022 and finally found the exercise that I not only can stick with, but I actually enjoy. Have been attending both pilates and my favourite, aerial yoga. It's a great mix of physical and mental exercise. Sarah had been a wonderful teacher, attentive and informative, always making sure that students are safe and using variety of exercise progressions. Highly recommended!
Also a shout out to Kody and Thesapina who kicked my butt in pilates more times than I can remember. Thank you for the laughs and making my experience at the studio feel personal.
I did a trial at studio 3 Yarraville. I loved the aerial yoga, reformer was ok but once the trial ended they have called me daily and I've received 7 missed calls and voicemails, emails and text messages. I was on holidays and have been too busy to consider doing any further classes. This relentless chasing has really put me off pursuing anything further. By all means, it's a good studio but don't leave them your number.
Incredibly happy with the level of support provided by staff. They are reasonably priced and respond quickly to enquiries. Would recommend
