4 I stumbled across Studio 11 Pilates after driving past one day, and I am so glad I did!
Antoinette and the girls have set an amazing foundation and created a beautiful community in this studio.
I came in with no pilates experience, but was welcomed with open arms and have looked forward to every single class I attended.
I love the diversity and format of each class, as they are all so different and challenging. The encouragement from the instructors was endless, and I am so proud of how far I have come in my pilates journey with their help.
Shoutout to Antoinette, Meg & Rebecca for making my time at Studio 11 so special, thank you so much!
Stunning studio and excellent trainers! Completely new to reformer Pilates and the intro pack was perfect to try different sessions. I love the pace and layered delivery, allowing me to both challenge myself but remain super focused on my own practice and needs. Package structures are great with lots of options and happy to sign on for another month today. Comfortable and friendly environment, no posers, just awesome women in there getting their workouts done. I love it. Great find in Epping!
I started Pilates for the first time when Studio 11 Epping opened in September. Antoinette was the first instructor I had) I thoroughly enjoyed her class so much I have been going twice a week. I have also had the pleasure of taking classes with Haydee. I cannot praise the instructors enough for the patience and encouragement I have received. The instructors are wonderful and take the time to speak to you on a personal level as well as a professional level. Since doing the classes I have lost 3.2kg and plan to lose more and slim down a little. I will continue on this path and THANK YOU to Studio 11 Pilates for helping me on my journey to get fit in a way that is not too strenuous and is very enjoyable. I love that it is not a strict class and that the instructors make it fun and laugh with you. I recommend Studio 11 Pilates 100%
