Doctors have no idea.wait for 3 hours for xray report.this place is a fraud, they've hidden their name, to avoid bad reviews, their real name is Stud Rd Medical Clinic.

Dr Jabbar and Dr Wang are both fantastic doctors who are very good at their jobs, highly recommend them both

Horrible wait times even after taking an appointment. When I raised my concern the doctor instead of consoling was being rude and arrogant. She said the average wait time in Australia is 10 hours.
My previous experience was also not good where my son was misdiagnosed only later when he was not getting better another doctor diagnosed correctly.
Poor customer service!

The worst place ever, rude staff, extremely long waiting time, most doctors don’t speak proper English
theirs a lady that takes blood test samples she’s brained washed
She tried to preach me to become Christin, she was talking and talking nonsense
With out any shame, when I called the center to rise my concern with the manger I was told they are busy!

The customer service staff needs training. Serious lack of courtesy, empathy or co-operation with patients. I rang in the morning to book an appointment, they said you can walk-in. When I went there, Customer service informed me about 1 hour waiting time to see doctor for my one year old baby who was constantly crying.and yet, got my number came in after 2 hours.

First time I took my new born baby at stud road medical center In 2016. I like doctors over there specially their behavior and concern about patient health. I salute Dr Effat Farag and specially Dr Uday Al Ahmad. Since then my all family and even I refer my friends to Stud Road Medical Center.

Its the worst medical practice in Australia. Staff are rude and doctor will give priority to people who speak their native language (foreign language)
When I asked the receptionist she started making excuses that those patients had appointments I asked her what about my appointment? Are you not considering my appointment? She had nothing else to say after this.
After waiting for 2.5 hours I am still in the queue.
Not a good medical centre and wouldn’t recommend for anyone.

Rude and disrespectful staff.
A doctor who values cash walk in clients over people who have booked appointments in advance.

UPDATE: my misses got her last implinon done here 3 years ago today 3 years later narre gate medical centre had to cut here open and remove the impinon from inside her mussle and had to have her arm stiched up, doctor said the impinon was put i the wrong way, honestly If you care about you life don't go to stud road medical centre STAFF ARE RUDE. My misses Was spoken to so rude. Got told to come back tomorrow, made an appointment for 12: 40 the next day and come 20 minutes early got called up at 12: 50 and was asked what I was there for I said to see a doctor as my son is sick I need to be seen too and was told okay the doctor is busy go wait was then called up at 1: 25 taken to the nurses room sat down got given a script with out been looked at and the doctor said I'll see your son later I'm busy. To have my misses implonon removed and a new 1 put in was going to cost $80 plus implonon, I'm now driving to narre gate medical centre in narre Warren which told me it is FREE I just need to pay for the implonon itself. This place is rude and a rip off. And from what I saw if I was there nationality I would have need seen straight away. Hope this place gets shut down.

Extremely slow service even though we booked an advance appointment. Today's waiting time is 1 hour 35 mins. This is my 4th or 5th visit here but every time I have to wait at least an hour.

Get this, I go in and see a doctor (lady doctor)
And tell her the situation about my throat and how I’ve been in pain and discomfort and I haven’t been able to eat and swallow properply. She looks at my details and first thing she says “You came all the from Narre Warren to here? ”
I replied with a “yeah.is that a problem? ”
Well I got the most crazy response “there’s plenty of doctors towards your area should’ve gone somewhere there” hahahah! Wow

Anyway she checks my throat and what not and I tell her I have no tonsils and I haven’t been having a fever or headache or coughing nothing no symptoms.

I probably get the most amazing response a doctor has ever given me “you’ve got no tonsils, you’ve got no fever, you’ve got no headache or cough. Well I don’t even know what’s wrong with you”

That is the best response a patient likes to hear “I don’t know what’s wrong with you”

This place is absolutely one of the worst medical centres in south east and these doctors have got no idea what they’re on about.

I had never been here before, but Took my very sick sister here as we couldn'tget in at my doctor, we had an appt booked for 8.10pm, we sat for over an hour waiting, my sister was so sick and crying, there was no concern from any staff to make her feel more comfortable, another patient let us take their spot.
My sister required antibiotics for a very bad case of tonsillitis, I asked for her to be given a penicillin injection as the pharmacy's are now all closed, the doctor wouldn't give her one, said she needed assistance with this!
What kind of doctor cant give a muscle injection!

Dr. Wadud is incompetent. After a years worth of recurring UTI's she told me I do not have recurring UTI's as the last test from two months ago was negative, if she looked through my medical history properly she would have found a years worth of recurring UTIs. Having been on several courses of antibiotics I raised concerns over the overuse of antibiotics, and suggested being put on an extended course as this was clearly a case of recurrence. Had I not bought this up, she would have just put me on a regular course of antibiotics, how does a doctor not know standard protocol for treating recurring UTIS, one of the most common infections? She put me on an extended course of Augmentin which caused me stomach issues. Later I was told by a home doctor that Augmentin should never be used as an extended treatment, as it is very strong. And guess what? My uti was not even treated by Augmentin. She also refused to refer me to a specialist as she thought it would be useless. I really just do not understand how someone can be so feckless and slovenly in their work, it shows a real deficit in character especially when peoples lives are at stake. The doctors at this clinic lack integrity, a person working at McDonalds shows more pride in their work than they do. I'll only be coming here if I need a doctors certificate or very simple treatment from Dr. Wang, whose is at least pretty affable and somewhat thorough in his testing. I really cannot expressed how frustrated I am by this clinic.

We have been seeing Dr. Uday and 1 day I had to see Dr. Sally as he was not working. From Dr. Sally's examination its clear that Dr. Uday is worst Dr. We have been wasting time on. He never offer me required test, which needed the most. He put me only on the over the counter medication for years n years, which remains untreated. Not proper diagnosis. Never recommended for the specialists. Rush to get us out his room asap. I thought its the way it is and took him for granted. Hope mgmt is reading this, and Dr. Uday needs to change his overall attitude though he is soft spoken. Its a life of people you dealing with. Also reading few other reviews about Dr. Uday im clear he is the worst. Doesnot deserve the title. Im thankful this country offer such a good medical facility but Dr.like Uday ruins the service. He just blindfolds people. Thanks we got to see Dr. Sally.

They are extremely unorganised.
You'll ll be waiting an hour plus for your appointment even though you pre booked it weeks in advance.
When you're busy and trying to fit it into your schedule it's insanely inconvenient.

1 week update:

I went in to collect my results and discuss the out comes and was told by the dr " I don't have time for this" when I wanted to discuss changing a medication in relation to my results.

I understand that the clinic can get busy but as someone who is already an anxious person, being told by a Dr that they don't have time for my issues it's extremely disheartening and I left with absolutely no reassurance of what my health status was.

Seen dr UDAY ALHAMAHD today. 1st couldn't really understand him. 2nd he keept talking over me and either couldn't understand me or just couldn't care less.i would advise not to come to this clinic

Saw dr UDAY ALHAMED.he has issues.couldn't get a word in, literally every time i tried to explain something he would talk over me again.refused to give me the medication i needed.told me to try something else and to come back next day which i did and got to reception 10am the white woman in her 70s was rude to start with then tells me there are no booking for today.i told her ill wait outside his room as i needed top see him today- her response was " ill call the police" i just left without the medication i needed, went to another doctor.all sorted there.dont go here.

Not took many doctors working. Booked day before and had to wait for more than one hour to see the doctor at the booked time.

I visited my GP Dr; Coptilon thursday December 13 she wanted me to have a blood test done & after takeing a number i was called in for my test in abour 10 mini by Nicole she was very professtionel & friendly i have been a type 2 dieabetic for nearly 20 years i have never had such a pain free & quick blood test i promisse that i will all ways do my blood test only whem Ncole is there. She is very good at what she does.

The white lady in her mid 60s at front desk is extremely rude. Doctor wouldn't listen to the issue I had. Overall horrible experience
