Our whole family sees Sylvia for our dental. Gentle, caring and professional dental. Going to the dentist can often make people feel nervous and anxious and so I really appreciate that Sylvia and her team are reassuring and kind. Efficient appointment reminders (via phone and sms text) to help remind of upcoming appts.

Super kind and gentle, professional. Has done an awesome massive job on my teeth, both sylvia and her nurses were very supportive especially when I got a bit anxious. Also very good with pain to make sure it's as comfortable as possible during the treatment. Definitely going to be a returning customer.

One of the few remaining clinics where you feel like part of the family and not just a number. It is so rare to find these days, staff (reception, doctors, dentist) all know you by name and remember very things about you and your general life ️
Dr Ling and Dr Chai always have a smile on their face and happy to have a laugh with you while providing personalised diagnosis.

I just saw my dentist, Dr Sylvia Ling today for my regular checkup and clean. As always, her service was excellent, helping me to feel at ease and giving me the best advice. My family and I trust her and her very professional staff!

I have attended Dr Sylvia Ling's dental practice blindly and only going by the highly positive reviews from previous patients. My intention was to get veneers done for my front teeth.

Overall, after 5 appointments to complete the process, I can happily say that I am extremely happy with the results. I was hesitant to visit other dentists in the past because they seemed a bit cold and slightly judgemental by their personalities, but Dr. Ling herself made the entire experience very welcoming and enjoyable.

When you are under her care, you will realise she is very soft spoken and a sense of compassion in the atmosphere to make you feel at ease. Communication is very straight forward and listens to any of your questions and concerns, and will happily explore solutions with you to suit what you are comfortable with.

I have been to at least 4 different dentists in the past but Dr Ling is by far my favourite dentist with the best patient care.

And no, this is not a paid advertisement, I am just genuinely writing a 5 star review which I rarely make the effort to, and I wish her all the best and her nurses as well. Thank you for the life changing moment for the veneers that was done and I am less self conscious about myself and appearance.

I took my son to see Dr. Sylvia Ling first time in an emergency last year, she is so professional, so patient and very nice, not only for her little patients, but also for relatives of the patient. She made us at ease during her treatment. We are very appreciate for her help!

One of the best medical centres; the staffs are friendly and informative, there are excellent doctors and a very talented dentist! The medical centre is kept clean and sanitised.
