Very relaxed atmosphere, no loud thumping music, great assortment of equipment with qualified trainers to assist with the correct exercises for you. One of the great local businesses in The Basin.

The staff (past and present) at Strong and Stable are absolutely phenomenal. The gym is always super clean and the facilities are up to date. I've trained with Nicole for a number of years and her skills and knowledge are unparalleled. Without her support and belief in me, I don't think I would have ever been able to run a 10 km and a half marathon (from being a couch potato) without any injuries. I'm also well supported by the team of osteopaths. Definitely a great environment for training and treatment.

I was nervous about my appointment but it was so lovely. Megan was just great, made me feel so comfortable. Great area, great parking and great staff

Location is not too busy, parking on site always available.
Clean premises to work with an Osteopath or Exercise Physiologist - boutique gym to see a PT or work to your own program with memberships available.
The team here are informative, supportive & only want the best for their clients.

Frankie has seen both myself and my children for bad injuries. He's patient, listens and we've found him to be very careful, competent and goes above and beyond to provide what support is needed. Frankie is also just a really nice guy which is always a bonus!
