Strong Ox

I'm yet another prey to this company, the company is dishonest and they think themselves as above the law, we installed a door and quality of the door is bad it started to hinge, when I told them about this they suggested that "it is in fine print (the hot weather hinges) and and also that my actions have caused the hinge which is contradicting their own fine print, eventually I ended up paying for the door, and it again did just this year, when you spend a $1000 you expect the door to be performing at reasonable behavior, but if you buy the door from this company you will end up paying more in repairing than the door itself, so please research your bit before putting your money into this company.

My wife and I recently installed a security door for our home and our friends suggested we ask Strong Ox for help. I’m a pretty technical guy but I had to hand it to their team for this project. The workmanship was excellent, their installers arrived on time, and the job was done fast. We will gladly go back to them if we’re going to need their services again.

Horrible customer service. I'm a paying customer and they just don't seem to care at all about fitting my security doors. Ashley and Lyla are two people I spoke to on the phone and they are two of the rudest, most dismissive girls I've ever spoken to, how they can be in customer service is beyond me. Not to mention they lied to me constantly on the phone, as I found out later. Their installer, Con, seems like he couldn't give a damn if he installs anything now or in a months time. Made to feel like they don't care about customers at all, very very very very overpriced for the service and products, would avoid ever going back here.

I started working with Ox last year when I needed 2 security doors for the back. I was so impressed with the service and product that I ordered the front security door too. Last month when I needed a 4th sliding door, I contacted them again. My whole house is fitted out with Strong Ox, and I am so happy that someone can provide such excellent service and product. I highly recommend them! If only the rest of the trades men I had to deal with so far delivered a fraction of what Strong Ox does. You won me guys)

If you need a security door for your home, I recommend hiring Strong Ox to install it for you! Their products are of great quality and they will go the whole hog to assist you throughout the process. I know because mine has been done by them, and mine still looks and functions like new! Good guys!

BUYER BEWARE! This company is dishonest and their contracts have no protection for customers if they produce products incorrectly. Service has bordered on bullying. Happy to be contacted directly to discuss. We ended up at VCAT and missed the hearing because we were overseas! We have to pay for a door that we physically don’t have! So so angry. Please don’t go through what my family has.

Our security door at home got damaged and we promptly replaced it with a new one, with the help of Strong Ox. Their team was the best home improvement team I’ve ever had to work with. They were courteous, they respected my home, and they did a job well done. Recommending them to anyone who needs similar work!

All though there was a slight delay with our door due to a special part required, the office girls always kept me up to date with what was happening and were very lovely. Our front door looks fabulous, super happy. Thank you Strong Ox for your service:)
