Strong Life Gutters & Roofing

Very disappointed. I paid for roof tiles yet they only used the ones l provided. I was told they would replace the tiles it took 8 months of me ringing them.
I find it hard to believe that they only needed the amount of tiles I had. Different to quote given.

Roof replacement completed promptly but due to poor workmanship it leaked during the first downpour, damaging the sisal wall to wall floor covering. Workman came the next day and rectified the fault and it has not leaked since. Six months on due to insurance delays the floor covering has not been replaced and Stronglife are doing their best to avoid all responsibility. They are using various tactics to dissuade me from seeking restitution from them which is very disappointing. I feel cheated and tired of arguing with them.
I would not recommend them if you wish to deal with honest people.

Strong life Gutters & Roofing is a well respected reputable company, they delivered more than what we agreed for and there work is amazing, they are good at what they do and will respond to all enquires when I contacted them, don’t waste your time looking for another company, rest to sure strong life gutters will make the job complete without any issues. Have attached some photos for the gutters for the proof of there great work, as they say a picture says a 1000 worlds…. Enjoy

Had double garage roof/guttering/downpipes/rainhead/box gutter replaced a month or so ago.
They came when they said they would, did the whole job in one day, cleaned up the mess and took it all away.
No complaints whatsoever from me.

We were disappointed with Strong Life, they were unresponsive from the time the estimator had left. I had to call the office numerous times, I even suspected they had gone out of business at one stage. However, eventually they came and did some work on our roof, 2 hours maximum one guy only. Unfortunately, the job was incomplete and by the end of the week we still had leaks in our roof. The second company we employed did a much better job, fixed all the leaks, had 3 guys up on the roof all day and charged the same as Strong Life. Avoid

Had all gutters and downpipes replaced, 27sq house with and internally ran section for an extension that was leaking into the. Not a straight forward job, but they did a great job. Left no mess as part from odd screw etc. Scott was professional, I did have to prompt him, but due to covid, it was busy so no probs there. All in all recommended.

From sales to the onsite work the owner and employees were courteous and professional. Previously I had a leaking gutter and now after numerous downpours there are no leaks and the new gutters have given my home a new look. The job took a while to organise due to covid restrictions but it happened after a few follow-up calls.

Ingo Swan came to investigate questions we had with our roof. Out of sight, he takes out his angle grinder and claims he is doing some ‘tidying’ up there.

Leaves behind a $10000+ quote to do a full roof restoration by on a building that needed no such thing.

Later we find that he’s deliberately cut new holes all over the roof, just enough to cause new leaks to form when it rains.

Reckon we’ll have you coming back, cowboy?

The team that worked on replacing my old box gutters, were professional and quick with a key eye for detail on getting all new fascia boards and down pipes straight. The roof repair is actually unbelievable with A grade professional service and again a key eye to detail on all pointing/ridge caps and an incredible roof finish.

The work completed was on an old 70's concrete tile roof with box gutter and it has completely transformed and old tired and non functioning roof into a work of art that i keep finding excuses to go outside so i can stair at it.

Very good quality of service and the trades were terrific and would recommend them to family and friends they identified the other issues from broken tiles to Rusty flashings and addressed as well

Strong Life Gutters are very poor at following up problems with their workmanship. Our box gutter has leaked since they replaced all the house gutters. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and had no luck.

Scope was two Colorbond barge board covers and a full cement tile restoration and paint. As far as the work goes, they did a great job for a competitive price.

The only issue I have is the amount of mortar that was dropped from the roof onto my footpath, pergolas, garden, driveway, etc. They did hose it off my deck but the stuff is still everywhere, cured hard and very difficult to remove. The tiles do sit flush with the outside of the barge boards, which would explain the drops, but they could've used some dropsheets.

Excellent company run by fantastic people, there service and quality along with price is second to none. Renovated a house in Ascot vale, tough job due to higher gutters and fascias and couldn't be happier. Thank you Bill, Todd and the team

Couldn't fault these guys. Lovely sales rep who came out to provide the quote, good communication and friendly service from the office staff, and the installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves, they did a great job and I'm rapt with the result. The only minor downside is that because they are so good, they are in high demand and so I had to wait a few weeks between quote and install. Would highly recommend.

Stronglife gutters visited site and quoted the job and signed an agreed contract price and I was told the job would be done in "4 weeks"
I paid a deposit and they delivered some materials. These materials are still sitting on my front lawn killing my grass 10 weeks later.
After repeated calls from myself I was told the job was going to cost more and I would have to pay additional to the contract price.
I explained I've an agreed contract scope of works and the site conditions nor scope has changed so why is the price going up and why am I being ask to pay more?
In the last conversation I had I requested my deposit back and for Stronglife to pick up the materials. This has not happened and now they are not returning my calls.

In response to the owner- you know who I am as my deposit was return to me by Stronglife Guttering via cheque.
Stronglife still are yet to pick up the materials and they are still at my house but no longer on my lawn/ if you want to pick them up.

Stronglife roofing replaced the roof, gutters and downpipes on our investment property in Essendon. They did a first class job at a good price and showed up and finished the job on time! Highly recommend.

Strong Life Gutters did a terrific job replacing my terracotta tiled roof with a colourbond. From Bill the Sales Rep, to the boys doing the job, to the after care provided by Tanya I've been happy the whole way. Not only did Bill the sale representative turn up he actually rang me to say he was running 5 minutes late! After firstly contacting a company who didn't even turn up Bill was a breath of fresh air. Very poor customer service generally. Unreliable, -late or did not show, Poor attention to detail - missing rivets, gaps filled with silicone instead of metal covers. Needed to be recalled to fix scrappy, unsatisfactory work. Phone calls not returned, messages ignored -still waiting for weatherboard to be replaced after removal 4 mths post completion. Would not recommend strong life roof and gutters to anyone.

I'm one very happy customer. I recently had guttering & downpipes installed and roof repointing & repairs done by Strong Life. I was so amazed at how professional, efficient and helpful everyone I dealt with was with great communication from the start to the end. I was very happy with the completed job and all at a very good price. I've recommended them to family and friends and even passed on their details to my realestate agent in case anyone on their system needed similar work done.
