Strike Escape Rooms Melbourne Central reviews
16 Me and my partner came recently an impromptu trip for my birthday! Our game host Hayden was very kind, and took us through even if it 10pm and Strike was closing at 11. He was a fun and excellent game host, thank you so much! The escape room itself was super challenging and we only managed to escape 1.5 rooms despite using all three of our help phone calls hahaha! We will be back to sometime
to solve it once and for all.
DONT COME TO THIS PLACE. I AM GOING TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO EVER SET FOOT HERE. I’m gonna NEVER coming here EVER again. Planned for my friend’s birthday here for the escape room and I never got to go inside even though I provided them with a valid digital photo Id and vaccination certificate. Hey, the security guy at the front Hope you are happy knowing that you ruined my week
Did not feel welcome. The staff must learn how to talk with customers. And don’t forget to take 3 photo ids with you (ridiculous; some people don’t even own 3 different ids with picture AND birth date on each). We went for the escape room and it was ok, nothing above average.
We did the haunted house escape room.
Was good time with friends and is quite challenging. The staff do help you along the way which is nice if you are down for that. The staff were nice and helpful too. We had to wait for a free slot so we did bowling while we waited, all round a good time
Such amazing customer service! Had an issue with our booking and Hayley from the concierge team helped us out with outstanding professionalism and friendly guidance. Haven’t even gone into the escape room yet and we are already having an amazing time!:)
Our Host Vivian was very friendly and very to the point, i would recommend going to the melbourne central escape room and giving them a try.
Waste of money, staff dismissive not enthusiastic about the escape room story and gave us wrong instructions which wasted us precious time to complete the game. Puzzle felt like its broken plus the staff just ruined it.
Was fine but wouldn't recommend the escape room (s). The smart room feature seems like a great idea until it just starts opening random things with no explanation because the room thinks you're taking too long, making it hard to know what clues you pick up relate to what puzzles. Escape rooms are all about logical problem solving! Remove the logical order of things and it turns into an absolute mess.
Most advanced escape rooms in Melbourne. Two different games, both awesome and challenging. Computerised scoring and lots of special effects. Would recommend!
Who doesn't like unlimited laser tag for $25 with a big competitive group. Great central location with so much to do on site.
One of the staff at strike is arrogant. Cultural less human who doesn't know how to behave.he verbally abused one of my colleague for doing a mistake which he was not awake off. I would give negative rating for such a behavior.
The room was mostly good, although parts of it almost required guesswork rather than logic (like which code to use on which lock).
The atmosphere and preparation was not good. The staff were very busy doing other things, and didn't have much time to prepare us or debrief us afterwards. That aspect was very disappointing.
Staff also forgot to return my credit card, which I had to leave to cover any possible damage.
Shutdown is the greatest escape room I've experienced. Fantastic number of puzzles, that work even in larger groups. The theming was perfectly executed.
The escape room was expensive but had a great time. The bowling is much better and highly recommend. They had a deal where it was 25$ for unlimited laser tag and bowling if you have a student card.
First time doing an escape room, it was really fun. We were trapped in an old haunted house (spooky stuff) and needed to escape by solving various puzzles (It's an escape room.), me and the boys had a good time. Shout out to Frenchie and Phoebe who were really great and made the experience even better.
