No point going if you’re not good at bowling because they wont let you put bumpers up if you’re over 12…

Usually wouldnt leave such a good review after a somewhat negative experience with Clancy, but on floor manager at the time Marzia was wonderful and rectified the situation. All staff across strike QV and MC have been extremely welcoming except for the one incident! Keely over at Melb Central is also wonderful. Great vibes from all (except for one) staff across both venues. Will definitely return.

AmaIng bowling location in QV, this establishment is much larger than the Melbourne Central one but does not include a laser tag, the staff here are really friendly and the store is underground making it conveniently located! Highly recommended

We went to the Karaoke section of Strike which was fun, but the backing tracks of the songs were way too quiet even at Max volume. If they fix this I'd rate it higher:)

Enjoyed a round on bowling with a couple of drinks. Great atmosphere and staff were very friendly!

Was a cool place to be, had a good time here with friends. Bar was a bit crowded and took a while to get drinks, apart from that customer service was lovely. Thanks for having us.

Attention to clear, helpful customer service was considerably bereft.
Noise levels certainly contributed to the poor communication.
A well-oiled amusement center nonetheless. The Dude abides.

The place is amazing to go with friends or a date, the girl who attended us in the bar was very very kind, friendly and cheerful! I'll back for sure!

Very poor customer service in terms of responding to phone calls, emails, messages left, can never get hold of anyone at all! I was planning for a group of friends, 20 of us, and wanted to organise a social function to do bowling, karaoke and escape rooms, but no response at all. How do they even do business like this? I can imagine how its like if you are actually at the venue, with no one attending to you or if any issues, no one help you resolve.

Found the guy out the front a bit confronting. Interesting how he didn't seek out my ID but asked my husband for his and not the white guy after him.

Did the Jail Break escape room today with our 9 year old niece. We really enjoyed this room and found it challenging enough. Probably too advanced for our niece but she enjoyed helping out none the less. Thanks to Ashley for looking after us today. Excellent customer service.

Went with a hens group after dinner, the bouncer loudly singled out the bride to be as the only one not allowed in, in front of the whole street full of people. Poor girl wasn't even slightly drunk.
Definitely don't pre-book anything here in case the staff are on an ego trip when you show up!

Genuinely the best customer experience I have ever had in my life. Max and I literally canned our plans to go to the NGV which we had booked because we were having so much fun at Strike QV. James took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. They let us stay longer than we had booked for and ensured we had the best time possible. Couldn't recommend their service enough. Did the Red Manor escape room, the puzzle aspect of it was incredible. We’ve done quite a few escape rooms, I really really loved the ideas for most puzzles as they were super smart and different. However, some things didn’t make too much sense which was disappointing as they weren’t really logical. Also, there was no atmosphere in the room, it was supposed to be horror according to the “game master” but we weren’t able to experience anything scary with party music blasting and being able to hear people scream and even talk? Some sound effects would be great to make the experience a bit realistic and fun.
