Strike Bowling Point Cook

My kids love coming here. Easy, quick food for the kids. They love to do some bowling with has the ramps and bumpers for them. The games area after is always a highlight for them. Not a fan of the coffee, but it’s not why you’re there, just get a beer or soft drink.

Had a amazing time tonight for my daughter Scarlett's 7th Birthday thank you to all the girls for making it so special. Thank you Jasmine for making Scarlett's night definitely back soon. Xx

Had a fantastic time at the bowling place! Kids loved it, and the atmosphere was lively. Great family fun! Will be back again with kids during school holidays!

Experience was great however parking is an issue as staff or employed security have used the disabled parking out front of venue without permits.

Been twice in the past two months.
Bday and Xmas party.
The down grade is sad.
As a regular date spot for my partner and I, we really miss the old atmosphere.
The music is boring, the lanes are okay but the screens don’t celebrate the win with funny cartoons anymore, we waited in line for food only to notice after two-three minutes that there was a sign off to the side of the counter stating to go to the bar, (it was a little awkward and frustrating), the food was super salty and dry.
They have also taken away ball sizes.
After 6 years and these two experiences, we will be looking for a new place to bowl.

Went there on this Thursday around 3pm, the bartender lady downstairs is so friendly! Absolutely livened our afternoon, please keep her in the business!

I had my daughter’s birthday party held there and we had a fantastic time! Fran is absolutely amazing lady helping us so much! The hosts ladies are so experienced! The kids had a great time on the day!

Bowling, laser tag and minigolf are all reasons to go so no reason to dock a star. But if you're an arcade game aficionado you'll find their arcade lacking. Mostly very child-oriented games without much staying power. No rhythm games and only your standard suite of single play racers.

Its nice place to do kids parties, kids had a great fun, food was nice, staff was friendly, my host Emily was best, i recommend this place only one problem i had, AC was not working in kids party room but later on my host changed the room for us. Overall, it was good experience.

Absolutely disgusting service tonight by the manager called me a liar twice even after giving her proof that we called. No way in hell would of ever recommend strike bowling to anyone we definitely won't be back.

Very nice place for family and kids had a lot off fun specially their staff were very friendly. And respectful I can’t wait until I go back there again and take my family

Very quite does not have the regular buzz it used to have when there was league for people with a disability, very disappointed

$20/ person for bowling? Not sure if its normal but pretty expensive.

Great staff overall but wasnt nice outside on Sat night. No wonder they need security.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Been waiting on hold for over 45 minutes. It says to leave a number but you can't leave a mobile number? Just want to get some questions answered but after this I'm not even going to bother booking my party here anymore for 20+ people.

Never had issues when it was Wyncity, starting to believe that the good reviews are either paid or employees.

Security guard Daniel (ESS 07) was very aggressive and rude, has never heard of customer service.

Great fun place to spend with kids. We had a little trouble with the scoring system that wasn't rectified properly. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars

Need to know why to show unnecessary and unwanted attitude from the front staff who are into customer service, striker management please take necessary action to make this place you have invested heaps of money to be a customer friendly not a joy place for the staff

Worst place to go to have a quality time.staff is so unprofessional and have a least customer service attitude, wish I could get a chance to speak with management, deserve less then 3 ratings, how they are on 3.5. Management please intervene to get this place pleasent so that customer will not feel down from the unnecessary fun of staff that they are doing inbetween themselves.

Nice huge court for bowling and arcade games for kids. There are a few more activities for kids. Also there are a few rooms for birthdays or similar events.

10/10 Experience, came here with my children for an event, it was a wonderful time for everyone. I remember a kind staff member named Harry whom provided excellent service and was very polite.
