Strike Bowling Eastland reviews
31 Very delicious coffee bar specially babychino for kids so yummy
lovely place for resting and enjoying
Appalling excuse not to process a refund when I mistakenly booked for 2 games instead of one. First time bowling for my partner’s birthday- stayed on hold for a while to book via phone and decided to book online. I have slided the tab to select 1 game and went through with payment etc just to receive email saying we booked two games. Immediately called customer service- got a no refund policy blah blah.then asked to talk to manager, was on hold again when the lady approved refund that will take up to 25 days to process. What a load of nonsense. It’s all instant and the whole Covid excuse is old. Thanks for pooping in my party. Looking forward to visiting your venue later…
Really good place to hangout, had a pool table mini golf and Bowling. 100% would recommend plus the staff are amazing too.
The Strike Escape room was located inside the same venue as Strike Bowling and Holey Moley Golf. We booked the Four Kingdom Escape room for the evening but they were running behind schedule so we had to wait a while before we could start. The host said they would provide assistance through the escape room phone however no clues or whatsoever was given. Although it was their fault for running behind schedule, they still opened the doors for us at the scheduled time which was kind of unfair as we paid for the full session.
Strike staff were amazing.after trying three times to organise bowling and being interrupted by COVID. They made our work function enjoyable and memorable.
I like this place, always try to book ahead, gets very busy on weekends, food is okay, cocktails are okay too
First- the staff member we had was FANTASTIC.so pleasant and fun and made us feel like a VIP.
Second- the escape room was awful, none of the clues made sense, we hated it. It lacked ambiance and they were all the same sort of magnet themed locks. We have done over 20 escape rooms in Melbourne and we have done strike before (Alice in wonderland themed in QV) right at the start of escape room adventures like 4 years ago. It was great. This was terrible. We were actually kind of shocked. And we told the staff member it was great, but only because we didn’t think she deserved to have to hear this feedback. We really hated the clues and that’s what an escape room is about, working things out and getting a sense of achievement. I think it needs a full clue redo or that side of your business is going to completely die, no one will go there. I also think you’re going to put people off escape rooms in general which is great for me, so many more spots available for last minute bookings.
What a great experience with the whole family. Awesome staff super fast and yummy food - very accommodating friendly and just FUN!
They kicked us out because of an unclear policy, it should’ve been a warning, we were halfway through our game and was going to continue on purchasing other games and goods. The atmosphere provided is much like that of a club, which would suggest similar conduct (eg; two individuals entering the same toilet cubicle) is acceptable and permitted. The house policy is not disclosed on the booking page online in any terms and conditions.an unfair place and will not be back.
Strike Bowling @ Eastland's Town Square precinct opened today. More than just the 8-lane bowling, the venue also offers mini golf, escape rooms and karaoke bars.
Full bar services and a good variety of food including stone baked pizzas, burgers, hotdogs, mean & green, funsize, The Bunker Box and share section.
A great atmosphere and vibe for fun times.
Staff very attentive and friendly.
Good atmosphere but the downfall was that the pins are on strings. Causing the pins to constantly tangle and having to get the manager over to untangle them.
