After 2 years of discomfort, Tom fixed my shoulder in 3 sessions of dry needling. Great diagnosis and brilliant result.
Highly knowledgeable and experienced physio as well as an unreal bloke, not only assessing and fixing the injuries I have but offering additional strength and conditioning exercises outside the session indicating he goes above and beyond to work with and rectify injuries his clients have, not only fixing the problem but preventing reoccurrence of the injury going forward in the future. Tom provides an understanding of the injury and the activity that has created it, and how to prevent and approach it through in my experience taping, dry needling and changing of improper form in weight training exercises that had created my injuries. Really knowledgeable and a new and advanced physio experience to previously had. Review of a previous injury and rehab and discussed steps and developed a program to take the rehab into the next stage. Really confident about my return to football and running after this interaction.
