They have a good collection of bags. But the old lady with the dark red hair must learn how to talk to a customer or to explain the situation without talking so down on her customers. Never experienced such a rude customer service before. The manager was nice and polite and explained the situation very nicely, if it wasn’t for her it would have elevated the situation so much.

Gotta say I was really impressed with the customer service given by Anh.

The range of goods and the layout are pretty good. However, the older white lady with dark red hair at the counter has an attitude problem. She was rude, condescending and grumpy throughout our purchase process. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

The store has a good collection. But I must say the Asian lady on the counter was very rude. She didn't even bother to reply to our hello/ Hi 's and had no smile whatsoever

I was extremely happy with the recent service that I received at Strandbags DFO SouthWharf. Toni was very helpful and found the 2 bags that I required which were not easily available online. She also kindly rang me back to confirm that my credit for the online order had been processed.

A large shop with lots of selection. Could have more staff to support during peak hours for a better customer satisfaction

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They did not have stock for a product but we're more than happy to find stock elsewhere and lock in the DFO price

WORST SERVICE AND RUDEST staff ever. Just because my question's answer is a NO, you can say sorry when offering your answer. Instead of LOOKING ME DOWN when I ask a question. As if I am dumb for asking! Such mean staff

Friendly staff spent 10 minutes helping my best friend find just what she was after. Would recommend.

I haven’t see such rude staff anywhere. We went to the store today and our baby was crying out in pain and we were trying to calm her down but the salesgirl who was an Asian and middle-aged came to us and told us that please either calm the baby or leave the store as other customers were getting disturbed, who in the world is she to tell a mother this. I was trying to calm my baby and didn’t had a time to respond to her. Please keep a staff who is friendly and kind. We had to shop a lot of bags to go overseas, but that lady spoiled it all, wouldn’t return to this store ever. Had to give a star to post, wouldn’t even give a star.

They have a wide variety of options when it comes to designs depending on your needs. Most bags are cost-effective, affordable and in good quality. I will recommend it to my friends. This is a good place to shop for gifts and for one's needs. Highly recommended. Will definitely shop again.

Rude staff member and a bogan store manager that did not rectify the issue or even make an apology for the hassle that they caused!

I bought my guess bag from here on boxing day with best price and very good service even though the store was jam packed.
