Never saw that one staff before as I go strandbag Broadmeadows alot but today she was so rude and her attitude as if I was going to steal her bag. Never gonna go there again

Terrible service; they sold us a faulty bag and then refused to swap it, they offer us service instead. The lady said to me I was being difficult, which I interpreted as meaning I was being logical. She kept talking about their shop's policy, but did not once mentioned our statutory rights as customers. Shops like these are tarnishing the image of Broadmeadows shopping centre.
Wanted someone to pick the luggae on my behalf. Girl totally refused to help and said she cant do anything as i ll have to do online order and it may take few days to get to her due to weekend. Called another store all sorted. Wont recommend broadmeadows strandbags
I returned a bag today that was faulty that I purchased in December. The bag I wanted wasn't available in the store. Rose who served me was so helpful in finding one in another store to get it transferred for me. The service given today by Rose was excellent. I will continue to shop at Strandbags Broadmeadows store
So my friend bought me a Guess bag in November 2017 I used is 5 times short period of times. The handle already peeled of went to return they said it is wear and tear. Another lady at the same time was there with a peeled wallet to get told same. You guys are disgusting take people's money but no responsibility on your products. Please think again before your purchase from this mob.

Their prices are reasonable and competitive for leather and very reasonable for non leather. They often have sales, that make the quality they have even more affordable. Well worth checking them out. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.
