Only 4 because I rang and questioned one staff member about a special only to visit the store and got a different answer. Staff need to be informed. The lady I did speak to was very helpful.

Large variety of bags and purses. Was able to buy exactly what I was after

I got a bag in store I was charged full price but the same day online price was on a cheaper rate I called back next day to clear it they asked to come in store and will be sorted and when I went to sort it they said they couldn't do anything I should have gone on the same time and when asked about going with this to fair trade they asked me to go ahead and do that. I am a regular customer of strandbags and didn't expect this attitude. Very disappointed.
