Staff greeted me minutes after walking in, they helped me with my concerns and showed me options of merchandise.

I went to this store for the very first time and there was a lady in her 60s, she was at the counter as well as she was looking around the store. She was literally very rude and rascist with people other than aussies. She also argued with my partner. Worst customer service.

Friendly staff, very helpful and greeted with a warm smile. Very knowledgeable about their products in store. Would definitely shop there again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Go here if you want to basically get bullied by the workers. The worst customer service on planet earth and they’re not even joking. Also talking about over staffed but no help. They all just want to sit behind the counter and chat while the store is busy as and no customer is getting the help they need. Went to Tosca travel goods across from them and got the best customer service.

Rude and bad customer service. Wanted to buy 2 Samsonite luggage but the manager doesn’t seems happy to help and tell me best is to buy online. The stick arrived but too lazy to open up and sell me the stock. Walked out the store and will never ever return. Suggestion for you, close the store since buy online is what you suggested your customers to do.

I bought a samsonnite travel suitcase for 5 months at strandbags DFO essendon broke a wheel, I went to say they repaired the suitcase for me but they said only zippers. They say it's broken everything else they don't repair.

The old lady in this store is extremely rude to me. She is such a big nonsense lady speaking very poorly.

Once I could grab a staff member I was very happy with the 2 purchases.don't be afraid to ask someone for assistance.

They would happily not honoured their warranty by blaming airline damage or suggest claim from insurance.

Very Poor customer Service. Entered the store at 5: 20pm on Saturday and rude old ladies shouting across the store that they will be closing in next 15 minutes while one of them sweeping the floor. Such an unwelcoming behaviour. Feel like they are underpaid. Have lost 2 genuine buyers.

Such poor customer service, it’s like these ladies don’t get paid enough.needed help finding a suitcase, asked this lady who had black and gray hair.she seemed EXTREMELY bothered the second i asked.as she gave me the suitcase, it was a bit aggressive, i still had the appreciation to say thank you but she didn’t say a single word back and immediately walked off.never coming back here again.

One of the customer service ladies has mental issues. Wife was also shocked. I would never shop here, even if they gave the suitcase for free. 0 stars and 2 thumbs down.

Woman was very rude when I called the store. I was only asking for the price of a Samsonite case and how much stock they had. Would’ve been happy to pay over the phone and take the sale further but seems like you’ve lost another customer.

Marie and Lisa went above and beyond to get me the Curios luggage set when there were very limited stock available. They chased the few pieces left in the state, which I picked up from different stores, unfortunately, they had slight damages on them. Called Marie and Lisa, they sorted it out right away, again chased allover and got me a new set right away. Highly recommend this store, friendly and helpful staff.

We been to this shop and met Maria who was exceptionally good and helped us to find the the bag. I would highly recommend strand bags to employee more people like Maria who cross al levels in customer service. We run motel business and I would accept her as manager straightaway if she would love to join us.

Just spent 15 minutes looking at large suit case. 2 ladies more keen to chat then assist and serve customers.

I was at their store at 5: 40pm on Tuesday 23rd March. Their doors were half shut and told me they had already cashed up and were closed. There was no operating hours on the store to say they were closing early. I knew what I wanted and it would have taken 5 minutes to process my sale. Very annoyed. Horrible service

Take your business elsewhere. Disgraceful service and some of the worst retail attitude I’ve ever experienced. Head office needs to thank the short, average build lady with short light blonde hair for this review, for taking out her frustrations about her dismal life on unsuspecting patrons.
